    Last year, October, I decided to be a part of Facemydoc. That was a huge mistake. I have tried to cancel my account with them but they continue to charge my credit card every quarter. I contact them through the only email I have for them and have tried calling without success. I realize my time with them was 1 year with a contract (which is now expired) but they still charged me without consent or signing of another contract. I am also unable to access my account with their company. I'm just at a loss.

    I applied to facemydoc for a job. It turned out that I am being scammed. I was first charged $99 in June 2022 but then somehow they refunded me. I tried reaching out to emails and a text from a recruiter. I was then charged $29 on August 19th. I messaged them on their website and was told to email my problem. I have now attempted to reach them 4 times in ********* their website and email. And now I have another charge on October 4th for $39. I want my money refunded as I am not having any type of service from them nor did I even get any type of job interview. I was told I would need a background check that was never done and I was never reached out by anyone in the company. I want to revoke them from taking money from account. I was informed by ***************************** via chat on facemydoc on Aug 31st to email the company ********************************** the following "To whom it may concern,My name is ***************************. have been charge $29 to my bank account and I am not even working with your company. I would like to revoke your company from taking money out of my account and I would like my money from Aug 19th 2022 amount of $29 returned to me asap. I was informed by ***************************** via chat on facemydoc to email you.My phone number is ************.Last 4 of my account is **** TD bank.***** *** *** **** ********* ** **** *********************************************And now since that email they have charged me again on Oct 4th for $39.Please help me with this. I have contacted my bank about this issue but they wanted me to try to reach out yo them first. So I will be following up withy bank also.Thank you for any help.

    The business is a telehealth platform that I requested information from. I setup initial account to have deposits made to my account. I did not activate my account, no services were provided by the company because I did not find their website or customer service responsive. I was billed AUG 16 2022 ********* ********* ******** ***************************** Amount: negative twenty nine dollars($29.00)AUG 3 2022 ********* ********* ******** ***************************** Amount: negative twenty nine dollars($29.00)NOV 9 2021 ********* *************** ******** ***************************** Amount: negative one hundred forty nine dollars($149.00).I did not receive any call backs from my messages left and when I went tried to log-in to the customer service page, I received an error message "undefined." in a yellow box. I have emailed *********************************** which is the email that I was sent in 1/15/2022 to set up my account. I would like to have a credit for what I paid and not be billed further. I haven't been billed since August 2022.

    On 9/5/2021 I applied for a position as a telehealth provider with Facemydoc through indeed. On 9/8/2021 they contacted me to complete the application process which included a $29 background check fee to be paid by the applicant (me) using a checking account. The process was completed without follow up or commencement of a job. One year later on 8/26/2022, Face My Doc proceeded to withdraw $29 from that same checking account monthly without notification or communication. When attempting to reach out to the company, there are no response to emails, the support and chat links on their website lead to inactive pages, the phone number listed online have no available agents and only prompts callers to leave a voicemail message which are never returned. No explanation has been provided as to why the funds are being drafted monthly one year later. A total of $97 in drafts and fees have been incurred. I had to stop payment and close my bank account due to the fraudulent nature. I am requesting a refund of the money illegally obtained and removal of this fraudulent business for fear they are not only stealing but illegally using provider information/identity theft.
