    If I could give a negative review, I would. Its been over two months and I still have no update on my refund. I kept getting updated saying the medication was delivered. It never was. Couldnt get a nurse on the phone for questions. All messages are AI generated. Its not even a real human.

    Did not assist me in getting any medication. Getting approval from my insurance took forever to the point where they wanted yo charge me out of pocket an entire month later. Never received my medication and hd to dispute the charge with my insurance. Their customer service is a joke. This company needs to either fix the way they are running things or just not exist at all.

    This is a complete scam. They tried charging me for $999 even though I didn't order anything. My credit card detected it as fraud and I confirmed that it was. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

    They scammed me out of $670, tricked me into a membership, failed to answer any and all medication questions, then sent me medication that expired before the regimen was even meant to be done.

    The healthy seemed legit. But I did not receive the medication. I also do not receive answers from the zhealthy group. It's been over a month from the beginning and NOTHING!

    Unethical and deceptive business practices. They use the good ol bait and switch tactic of implying that people can get the medication at a new member price of only $39 and once in you are then required to pay an additional $199 for the medication itself. They bait people with the $39 price tag and then switch it with saying okay, now pay for the medication. The practice is unethical and deceptive. There needs to be a class action lawsuit against them.

    Hello ********! I am truly sorry to hear that there was confusion with our Weight Loss program. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested, your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee.

    I joined Zealthy to get GLP-1 medication to lose weight. I paid 4 months in membership fees while waiting to do a video consultation with a doctor. During this time I was scheduled for many appointments where the appointment was canceled, or there were no appointments available when I was available, or I was there online waiting and no doctor appeared. I was overwhelmed with text messages from staff members offering to assist in my weight lose journey but all they did was take my monthly membership fee. I finally canceled my membership and delete my Zealthy profile. Even after I canceled I was billed one more month. I will never use Zealthy and will never recommend Zealthy.
