    BAD BUSINESS!!!This site is very misleading. They bait customers in by advertising $39 for your first order, but that is not the case. They charge $39 for membership but yoy wont know that until you pay it and get to the actual fee of $199. I paid the $39 on7/19/2025 and called for a refund about 20 minutes of paying. The ***resentative was not interested in giving a refund and only in placing completing the order by trying toe explain what should have been on the cover page where they want you to pay $38.00.The *** said she processed the refund but I did not get an email confirmation. I will wait until this Friday to see what happens. The website is even freezing now preventing me from seeing g what the progress is. I was able to fend a credible site that provides the items I was looking for with a much cheaper rate. I did an express delivery from the new company which I received today at no additional cost. I do not recommend this company at all.

    I canceled my subscription because it was interfering with my other medicine and I had a lady tell me that I was going to be re-credited to my account for the money but it never was put in my checking account I even checked with my bank and when I contacted them back one of them says that it wasn't their problem but yes it is this place does not need to be in business they are rude and they do not honor what they say

    Very good experience with Zealthy. Started working with them in January 2025 and received first bottle of product 2/4/2025. Starting with the minimum dose I lost 1.1lbs per week. After 12 weeks I had to up the dose slightly. I have lost over 20 lbs in about 22 weeks.

    If I could give a negative review, I would. Its been over two months and I still have no update on my refund. I kept getting updated saying the medication was delivered. It never was. Couldnt get a nurse on the phone for questions. All messages are AI generated. Its not even a real human.

    Did not assist me in getting any medication. Getting approval from my insurance took forever to the point where they wanted yo charge me out of pocket an entire month later. Never received my medication and hd to dispute the charge with my insurance. Their customer service is a joke. This company needs to either fix the way they are running things or just not exist at all.
