    This was the most horrific customer experience I've ever had. Much like everyone else has shared, I was swiftly charge large amounts for a monthly membership and medication, and received medication once. Endless automated loops with AI customer service and I've finally after months gotten a message that I'll get a refund for medication - but no refund for the membership fees I've paid for months of no medication, and no communication.

    For the most part, my experience has been really good. At times the clinical team is a bit slow to respond to questions. But, my coach (*******) has been very responsive and it is So Greatly Appreciated.

    I deactivated my account after a month, and somehow a month later I was charged again after I received email confirmation that it was canceled. No service or product was rendered. When I reached out, I was told it was never deactivated and to go online and cancel. Well, I couldn't even access my account- it threw an error message. I emailed and explained the problem and was told that the *** can cancel for me, next day a different *** said they could not cancel it and gave troubleshooting tips how to get in. I kept trying and finally got into the account for only one day, and it was stuck on the "pick a provider page" and did not back out. Essentially it was only trying to force me to proceed with advancing with the care plan. When I expressed this on July 8th, July 9th I received a text saying my account was deactivated- as if it was done for me after being told it could and then could not be done. July 15th, I received another email from a *** saying that it's back active. I have multiple emails of me back and forth with multiple ***s, who I am assuming now is all AI since June 26th and a video recording of my account forcing the care progression. The constant conflicting information and the forcing of me to proceed with a care plan and not allowing me access to my account information is beyond scary of their business tactics.

    My Husband signed up with Zealthy online. He was not able to set up an account, and received no services. Yet Zealthy charged him $349- May, $449-June and now $449- July. Calling customer service: I called and a recording said my wait time was 3 min., 25 min. later I was still on hold. I pressed 0 to get an operator. On hold again. When I got someone from customer service she had a tough time finding the account. She kept saying I have an account, when in fact my husband is the only one who signed ***** husband has tried for over a month to cancel the account with **********************. He was told it would happen in 3-5 business days. It never happened.When I talked to customer service she stated that "she put in a request to cancel" and that will happen in 3-5 business days. She also stated that she requested a refund for June and July, also will take 3-5 business days. We will be notified via email when canceled and/or a refund is issued.I think this company should be put on a fraud alert.

    I signed up with Zealthy to get terzepatide so that I could lose weight. I received a 60 mg vial of the medicine in April, and I began taking the weekly injections in May. There was a serious lag and disconnect on the customer service, coaching and Doctor's advice fronts, leaving me to overdose myself for the first two weeks.When I felt sick, I finally got a doctor on the phone to call me back and she told me that I had double dosed myself for the first two weeks.Since that call, I have not spoken with another doctor once.Then, when I decided not to continue with Zealthy, they charged me for a second three month membership yesterday without my consent. And they now refuse to refund me that $135 membership fee.I'm very disappointed with Zealthy on the whole. The experience was not very positive, other than the weight I've managed to take off with the medicine.

    Zeathy was extremely easy to sign up for and cost the lowest of all the weight management options available monthly. I signed up 30 minutes ago and medication has already been approved and shipped out. If I receive in 7 days like expected Ill be beyond excited!!!
