    ***************** is a joke. My wife tried to order a shirt for my birthday. She selected XL which glitched at the last second while ordering it and moved it to Small. She tried immediately to contact customer service to cancel the order. But the order was already being processed. We would need to receive the shirt then complain. I have been working with a customer service rep who had told me there are no refunds on the shirts. All I want is an exchange! After repeatedly explaining it was History Store's mistake and asking for a supervisor, the best I can get is if I want the correct size, order another shirt. In other words, eat the first shirt cost. They are unwilling to amend their mistake at all. This place gives an otherwise good network, a very bad name.
