      The College Board is holding two out of four of my daughters' AP Exam results hostage. I have spoken to several people at ******************** who say her case has been escalated, but they have closed the complaint number without resolving the issue. She did receive an email from them asking her to choose between accepting her score with an asterisk, retaking the test (it's way too late for that), or forfeiting her score. She decided to take the score 4 days ago, but still, nothing...and no email at all from The College Board regarding the second test. Both of these exams were administered on May 5, 2025. She is supposed to register for college classes on Tuesday. The College Board has a monopoly on PSAT, SAT, AP Exams, etc, and yet they do NOT CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO OUR KIDS! OUTRAGEOUS! They need oversight as well as a way to hold them accountable, given the significant importance placed on these exams.

      My son signed up for his second admin of the SAT for June 7, 2025. He took the practice test and studied hard in the areas he needed to. Two days before the test he received an email stating it was cancelled and rescheduled for a date we are out of town. They refused to move him to another testing site for the original date. I was told the computer wont allow that. There is NO reason in this day and age of technology that the computer shouldnt be set up to allow this when college board cancels a testing site. There should always be a back up for the original test date. Now he has to wait until August to take the test. He will already be back at school by then and wont have the time to study that he has now. College Board needs to DO BETTER for these kids.

      I contacted the College Board with an urgent concern regarding the deadline for making changes to an SAT testing site for my son, who qualifies for services through the College Boards Office for Students with Disabilities.Last week, I contacted the office and spoke with a representative to request a change in testing location. My son is currently assigned to a site that is two hours away from our homeresulting in a total of four hours of travel on the same day he is expected to take the SAT. This is an unreasonable burden, especially given his disability-related needs.During the call, a representative informed me that if we were able to find a closer testing site willing to accommodate him, the College Board would release his current spot and allow the switch. Today, my sons guidance counselor spoke with the District Curriculum and Testing Administrator for school willing to accomadate, who confirmed that they are more than willing to open a spot for him.However, when we followed up with the College Board today to finalize this change, we were told the deadline to modify the test site was yesterday. Given that we initiated this request last week and just secured confirmation from the new site today, we are deeply disappointed that this accommodation is being denied based on a strict deadline.I respectfully asked that the matter be escalated to a supervisor or decision-maker with the authority to approve the request. It seems contrary to the mission of the Office for Students with Disabilities to deny a student reasonable access to a more appropriate testing location under these circumstances.

      Absolutely the WORST tech support!! Im not very techie, but I would think someone there could help me with downsizing a photo. I just gave up.

      Emailed the decision to TAMConnect on 21st March, and no response yet, and scores still remain unreleased. I did follow up on my email, which was sent on 21st March, but no response at all. Despite multiple follow-ups with College Board customer service, I keep hearing the issue has been escalated, yet no one has contacted us, and the scores remain unreleased. I've never encountered such appalling customer serviceutterly frustrating. They merely ask us to wait 1015 minutes, only to repeat the same scripted responses as previous representatives.

      Absolute trash I've changed my password once and I put in my new password when I was in the practice portal and it won't let me sign in; This is what it says, " The email address or password entered is not valid". I've tried everything my school email and my personal email still says the same thing. STEER CLEAR!!! you're better off with ACT. Collegeboard don't tell me "No College Board account was located for the student".

      I went to set up my student for the SAT on ************************. The website is never working correctly and when I called for technical help and help signing up for the SAT they could not help me and apparently it is impossible to actually find someone to help fix the website. I signed up for the December test because the website said that the November test was full. But then we find out in December that the website DID sign us up for the November Test! What! They would not allow me to transfer the cost of the test over to a new test. Then when they asked for me to do a questionnaire after my talk apparently the buttons on my phone would not register. Right!
