My family were approached by these people wearing official ticket agent jacket in front of the subway station. We were told we have to pay $39 to get on the cruise to see the statue of liberty. We agreed to pay $39 per person for the 6 of us. Then the agent went ahead to put in the amount on his machine and asked me to tap the credit card machine. But I didn't know that the agent wrongfully put down $59 dollars and went ahead and charge a total of $354 for the tour for the six of us. I tried to reason with them but they were so many of them surrounding me and they were really rude. I only want $120 back but they refused to give me back the difference.

I purchased two Liberty Cruise + Double ****** Bus tickets, April 10, 2025 from *** ****** for $188.00. He told us that the tour to the Statue of Liberty would be an hour round trip. We boarded the bus at 1:05 and made it to ************** and West at 1:38 where we exited the bus since it was taking too long. There was no way possible, that we were going to drive another 10 blocks, board a ferry, drive around the Statue of Liberty and arrive back in a half hour. I sent the company an email immediately after exiting the bus. I also called the following day, April 11, 2025. I have not heard back from anyone. I would like a full refund for my tickets.

Yesterday, my family and I visited the *****************. We were approached by individuals near the entrance who sold us tickets at approximately 4:00 PM. We were charged $236 for four people, with the understanding that this included a Liberty Cruise and a round-trip Double ****** Bus tour to and from Pier ***** was not made clear at the time of purchase that the cruise only offered views of the Statue of Liberty from a distance, and did not include access to **************. We were only informed of the separate, required cruise for island access on our return journey.Subsequently, we attempted to utilize the Double ****** Bus portion of our tickets. Despite being told the service operated until 11:59 PM and included round-trip transportation to *******, we were asked to disembark at ************ and advised to return to the pier by subway. Furthermore, we were denied boarding on multiple subsequent Double ****** buses, as we were informed that their service concluded at 5:30 PM and did not include night rides. This experience was particularly distressing due to the presence of an unwell child. The discrepancy between the services advertised and those provided constitutes fraud and unethical business practices. I intend to report this incident to the relevant authorities to prevent further victimization of tourists. I am deeply concerned about the number of families affected by this scam. This level of deception is unacceptable and undermines the experience of visiting a national landmark. The ticket number is ***************.

On March 27, 2025, after getting off the subway, we were greeted by a team of employees from this company with official looking vests on. They looked at my ticket that I had purchased for the ferry ride to the Statue of Liberty for 7 of us and told me that since I was 15 minutes late, I would have to get a refund and then re-purchase a later ferry. They scanned my current ticket and told me my card would be refunded in 24 hours. I then re-purchased tickets for $370 for seven people (original ferry was $178.50). We were then escorted to a bus that was taking us to the ferry. We boarded the ferry and it wasnt until 15 minutes into the ferry ride when a tour guide started talking that I began to realize this ferry was not taking us to the island. This was a tour cruise (***************). So not only was I sold tickets that were not what I was told they were. But I was lied to about being late to the ferry and being refunded the money from my original purchase. This is a scam company and Im not sure how they maintain LLC. This is a total scam!

My party and I (a total of three people) already had legitimate ferry tickets for the Statue of Liberty in ***. We were entering ************ to access the ferry dock when several individuals, claiming to be official ferry workers, approached us. They insisted on checking our tickets and blocked our entry into the park.. These individuals claimed we were late for our originally purchased ferry and therefore needed a refund before buying new tickets from them. They pretended to process a refund for our original tickets (which never actually took place), then coerced us into purchasing replacement tickets directly from them. They claimed that without buying ticket from them we couldn't enter the park, which is illegal because it is a public park. At no point did these individuals disclose the price of the new tickets before processing the charge. They simply charged $59 per person, nearly twice the legitimate rate of $25 per person, without our explicit consent or knowledge of the cost. They also falsely claimed these tickets included pedestal access to the Statue of Liberty. They directed us to board a bus to **********, claiming that the ferry dock at ************ was under construction. Thankfully, a bystander informed us that this was a scam, and that the tickets we had purchased from them did not include pedestal access as promised.Without entering the bus, We returned to confront these individuals, demanding a refund; they refused to comply. We then verified with officia Park Service staff and police at ************ that our original tickets were still valid and that these individuals were indeed scammers. We did not use the fraudulent tickets or services at all, and instead used our valid, original tickets for the official ferry. Because the service offered by these scammers was never used or valid, and the purchase itself was made under deceptive and coercive circumstances, I request a full reversal of the charge.

My name is ******** *****.On March 1st, I was approached by a woman from your team who offered me a tour to the Statue of Liberty. She told me the price was $29 (twenty-nine) per person. While I was answering a phone call from a friend, she processed the payment on the card machine and had my sister pay for it. When she printed the receipt, we realized that she had actually charged $59 (fifty-nine) per person. There were six of us in total! We immediately requested a refund, and she assured us that it would be processed the same day. However, to this day, we have not received the refund. We try to contact them, but nothing works.

Date: Feb 28, 2025.I was about to take the free ferry at ******************* today, and the staff in purple stopped me their and sold me their cruise ticket. He said clearly it was 30USD. But when we were done the credit card transaction, I noticed the message on my phone that I had been deducted 59USD. Then I confronted him about the number and asked for a refund. Later he explained that 29USD is tax and the ticket is not refundable. The point is, he never mentioned 59USD before the transaction and I felt so scammed.

On February 17, 2025, my family and I visited ************ after purchasing tickets for the Statue of Liberty Crown through the official Statue City Cruises website. However, we were misled by staff from All Attractions City Tours LLC (Liberty Cruise), who falsely claimed to be representatives of Statue City Cruises. They told us that our reservation was canceled due to weather conditions and that we needed to rebook, charging us an unauthorized $354 for six people. They then directed us to board a bus, falsely claiming it would take us to the cruise departure point. Instead, the bus took us to the wrong location, forcing us to take another **** back to *************Due to this deception, we missed our original 1:00 PM Statue City Cruises departure and could only board a later cruise after 2:00 PM, causing significant disruption to our plans. We immediately confronted the staff and demanded a refund, but they refused, instead directing us to call ************. When we called, they stated they were a third-party company and could not assist. After that, they ignored all further calls. This company engaged in fraudulent and deceptive practices, targeting tourists who may not be fluent in English.Supporting Evidence:Statue City Cruises Reservation Confirmation: Proof of our legitimate booking.**** Receipts:Hotel to ************: Documenting our initial journey.Misguided Bus Drop-off to ************: Evidence of additional transportation due to misdirection.Photographs from **************: Confirming our presence on the island, accessible only via Statue City ************ Logs: Records of our attempts to resolve the issue via the provided contact number. All Attractions City Tours LLC (Liberty Cruise) Payment Receipt: Evidence of the unauthorized charge made on-site.
