    Horrible. Upcharged so much than the actual event site. And no guarantee of entry from other reviews.

    I took the Miami double decker city tour. The bus was without AC and not working properly. It only went around 20-30 mph on the highway. We made an unscheduled stop for a mechanic to look at it. But wondering if it was just to benefit concession at marina ?? because it continued to move only 20-30 mph on rt 95 which we spent most of our time just driving on highway. We made just one ten minute stop at key biscayne and a 15 minute stop at little Havana. That was the extent of the tour! At the bayside market the guide said he would escort those with boat passes to their destination. But he never came back and the bus took off with just me and my friend aboard. After a couple miles we went to the driver to ask what was going on. He immediately stopped in the middle of a highway and told us we needed to get off! I am 72 and suffering in the Miami heat! We had no idea where we were! We struggled to make it back to bayside marketplace to have to wait for an hour for another bus. To our surprise it was the same driver and guide who didn’t seem to care and suggested it was our own fault! When we finally arrived back at meeting place we told our story to the counter reps and they didn’t care either. Needless to say I strongly discourage anyone from using this tour!!!!

    Attractions4us tours I would NOT give this company 1 star but that is the lowest option given. I am a person who writes a review when customer service is good & bad. This company will be reported to the BBB. The plan was to take my ***************** on a wonderful experience around *** before enjoying other wonderful attractions within the Big Apple. When I purchased the tickets I immediately received an email stating that an additional $15.00 fee per person will be required. Immediately, I called the company spoke with ****, and asked how can they ask for an additional $15.00 per person when it is not stated within the fine print. **** said that he was not able to waive the fee and I should call back the next morning, this morning, June 29, 2024, at 8:00 am, and speak with the manager *********************. I did. ***** (possibly not the correct spelling of her name) confirmed an additional $15.00 per person fee. I asked how they illegally charge a fee that is not stated on the Groupon. She said it was the owner who forced these fees. I asked to speak with the owner. ***** said that the manager does not come in. Which is bogus. I decided not to continue going back on forth to spend my money on an illegal company. I stated that I would contact the BBB and contact social media so no one else is scammed. In addition to this complaint, we wanted to take a sunset cruise. Due to inspections, **** told me the last docking time was at 4:00 pm
