    We recently engaged The Knowledge Academy to provide ITIL4 Foundation training for 50 members of our IT department, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience.     Training program for ISO ***** had working examples as well as course resource materials and templates. I would recommend completing the online training or access portion prior to attending the online live lectures, similar to how you would approach a college course.Minh

    I took the Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green belts. The instructors were good and answered any questions I had. The staff worked with me to find a schedule that worked with my busy work schedule. I definitely recommend them!

    Feb 18, 2025 and I am still getting harrassed by this company. Still getting emails from randomn adresses, talking trash to me. This person is soo pathetic, it makes zero sense to be so bent out of shape over somone not wanting to attend this ****** school.This is CRAZY, please anyone thinking about attending this school please read this review first.has seen this post and they are ok with this behavior obviously because no one from The Knowledge Academy has reached out to me to aploligize or anything. So again please anyone thinking about attending this school please read this review first. I contacted this company MO*THS ago for info on pricing only. Chatted with a *** named C. A. once or twice back then. I got bombarded with emails and decided to send them to my SPAM folder. Today Jan 17 2025 C.A, sends me a "Final Warning Email". Which was rude, but the emails tells me how rude it was of me not to reply back to any of the emails over these months,So I told him to simply remove me from his mailing list and to find someone esle who'd be intersted. But like a narcissitic loser Guy who cant take no for an asnwer he's been sending me message after message, even calling me a BOY and telling me I dont know who I am messing with, Well Cool Cool **** I hope you see this post. And I will gladly provide reciepts from your replies to me with your threats lol. So if this guy is representing this :School: I would suggest no one patranize them.Everyday since the 17th I hace recieved threats from randomn email address's that are clearly from a represenative from The Knowledge Academy, again threatning me and calling me the * word. If Trust Pilots allows them to flag this message a 3rd time, please reachout to me and I will send Trustpilot the screenshots of the emails I am being sent. I have already sent screenshot of the previous emails, but the new ones are even more ridiculous and show how unproffesional and disgusting these represenatives of this company are.

    This company stole my money. I paid for *** (Certified Scrum Master) training and never recieved anything to take the class. No login, no materials, no link to the class, nothing. The person that i worked with to get registered will no longer respond to my emails and the phone numbers provided, to contact customer service, hang up everytime i call. This is an absolute scam. I dont know how to get my money back but, something needs to happen this is absolutely insane!

    I never thought I will need to use Trust Pilot again for Knowledge Academy, this institution has frustrated and harassed me throughout, getting a good training, scheduling my exam and now when I requested for a cancellation of the exam in ISC2 and buy a new voucher that would last another year. ISC2 clearly states 48hrs prior we can do a cancellation, so my bad luck is that I Paid the training and exam feee of 1300 usd to Knowledge Academy, I cannot cancel it directly as the refund would direct the money to Knowledge Academy and they would infinitely prefer to not reschedule my exam. So as a decent measure I requested KA to can cel my exam and then buy a new voucher with the 100$ difference I could pay.I have reached out to them from start this week but they either keep quiet or a personnel ************** keep me hanging claiming 48 hours wait. Its Friday today and Monday would be the end of the 48hrs window that ISC2 needs. I will lose out of 650usd just because of the pure incompetence and irresponsible behavior.I am still hoping for some change and still need urgent help, I need my money or a new voucher

    Pathetic Product and Service. I purchased the PgMP training and certification package from them on the 23rd of July 2024. On 24th of July 2024, I was required to login and activate my account. When i did it, the main training video was blank and did not play. when i went back to them, they asked me to raise a ticket. This itself was a show stopper for me. i told them that i paid $1200 to take a course and not to raise a ticket. Very soon i realized that this is not a company to be dealing with and hence asked for a full refund. They kept stalling me, including informing me that i need to raise a ticket for cancellation too, which i did. for the next 24 hours they did not respond to my innumerable cancellation requests. They then come back and tell me that i have ""completed" 37% of the course and hence the money cannot be refunded. I took legal guidance and also copied them on correspondence with my lawyer. then they come back and tell that they will refund only 65% of the fee and deduct 35% for operational reasons. I put my foot down and told them that i want a full refund. I have also lodged an ethics complaint with the ***************************** for what they are - absolutely unethical!! I have also disputed the expenses with my credit card and have listed them as "fraud". Do not touch this company with a barge pole. the company seems to be located in the ** with offices in ** and a back office in *********, *****. the back office consists of fraudulent names and contact numbers. it looks like they use some VOIP service. I wish that the US federal government blacklists such entities from doing business. if there were negative ratings i would definitely give them that.

    They are the worst company, they made a mistake and when I called them out on it one of their employees started harassing me. When I reported the issue nothing was done, I then received another email from someone else in the company and the Cc'd the person that was harassing me. This company is extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone

    I've been trying for nearly 2 weeks to receive a refund from this company. I've sent multiple emails to no avail. This company tells you one thing and does something else. I don't trust this company and therefore asked for my money back. It took days to get a receipt. The original receipt sent had no information on it regarding the services I purchased which seemed suspect. When I signed up I was told I'd have my login information within a few hours and that wasn't the case. One email said my access would be fo 90 days after I was told it would be for 180 days. Then miraculously I received an email saying I'll have access for 180 days. This company doesnt seem trustworthy. Each time I've requested a refund, I get some random response saying I need to tell them what time can they call me to discuss. I've already put in writing many times I want a full refund. There's nothing to discuss. After the 8th request to get a refund I'm some the relevant department denied my request. What is a relevant department and that's not acceptable. I haven't used this supposed service so again I demand a refund. This company looks like they scam people.
