    This guy's are 100 scams! I was lured with the promise of helping me with resume building and job placement before enrollment into 2 courses with them on a day. I intentionally wanted to register for scrum master but, *********************** told me to equally register for PMP, which I told I don't have finally capability at the time but he introduced me to Affirm fir PMP and ****** for Scrum MASTER. It was after I started with them that he became unreachable. I was scheduled to do the scrum master for 3am to 11am fir 2 days which was not what I was expecting, after I completed scrum, they refused to fulfillthe promise made. I called and send message to cancel and be refunded for PMP courses. Fir 3 weeks I waited after promising me and got their mail today that they won't refund me and I have less than a year to forcefully do the course or for it the $1250 I paid for the **** I will advice anyone trying to use them to go with Udemy because, they are totally a scam!I need help to get my refund by all means.Thanks ****

    The Knowledge Academy is a fraudulent business entity that should be stopped!I had wanted to study for my AWS Certification and the biggest mistake of my life has been crossing paths with The Knowledge Academy.Shortly after I registered for a course, my circumstances changed as I got a new job and started my final semester of graduate school same day. As a result, I realized I could not meet up studying for my finals coupled with trainings at work I was to complete on a deadline, I decided to suspend my registration with the Knowledge Academy.I sent emails and raised multiple tickets to ask that my subscription be canceled but to my utmost shock, I was told that my request to have my subscription canceled was denied. Like seriously?I decided I wasnt continuing with this and so Im here to request a cancellation and to ask that the Academy be shutdown - forcing clients to pay for something they dont need.I find this very preposterous.

    Initially, I was interested in the ****************** and Practicioner Certifications after speaking with ************************** Relationship Manager at The Knowledge Academy but after speaking with and exchanging emails with *********************, Program Advisor to learn all of the details in regard to financing I did not have a good experience and decided to cancel immediately. Specifically, ******** asked me for the last four of my SSN which I was not comfortable in providing. I am now waiting for The Knowledge Academy to confirm cancellation. Regards, ******

    I was interested in paying for the *** certification course. I had account managers assist me through making the payment. However, I accidently made a payment I should not have and asked to have it refunded back to my account. I was told that I would be refunded within 48 hours. So far it has not happened and I disputed the amount that I accidently paid for with my bank. After much thought over the weekend, I decided not to pursue the course any further. Something just did not feel right and the account managers were pressuring me to let them keep the money. I stated no. I then sent a support ticket to cancel the course and the response to me was that I would receive my refund within ***** days. Totally different than what I was told. I also suspended payments for an additional platform that I used to pay for the class ****** so payments would not come out. This is just bad business practices all around. **************** is poor as they seem to just pass the buck to the next person. I discourage anyone from paying or wanted to do any business with this company.
