      A good way to see many places with all the arrangements made. Looks like this review forum masks which tour is the subject, which is unfortunate, so I don't want to waste time with detailed comments.Food ***** ****** ***** Guide Great.One glitch was not providing upgraded rooms even though we paid for that. Once we were sure of the oversight (half way through the trip) we brought this up to our guide, and the rest of the trip was accommodated. Pretty sure we haven't received a credit yet for the half trip of non-upgrades, but tour ended only about 10 days ago. Also, we were almost always in a room with two double beds, rather than one king or queen. Not sure why. Our mother (82yrs) rooming alone seemed to always get a king **** One highlight was that we felt very secure on our tour, with a security guard and/or policeman accompanying our group for a large part of our trip.

      I went on the Spectacular ****** trip. Parts of it were wonderful and others were not as pleasant. The activity level needs to be adjusted. It is harder than the description. Many uneven steps and steep inclines everywhere. The food on the ship was ok. Not enough time to see the islands. When we got back to Athens, it was very confusing. Our last was the worst. We were told our ****** would be there at 1:30. We had seen our luggage get loaded earlier onto the hotel van. Our guide did not show up until 2:30 pm with the excuse that the number in the computer was wrong. We just wanted to get on the bus and head to the airport. Our luggage had not been loaded until we got up to it. The hotel staff made several calls to see what was going on and tried to update us. We felt that now that the tour was over, nobody cared about us. Not the way to end a trip.

      We went on the Spectacular ****** trip. The tours were good; however I wish we had more free time and spent less time at all of the ruins. There was some mis-communication between multiple guides including almost missing our return flight home as the guide did not show up on time. Hotels were great. Food on cruise ship was not good. Hectic schedule on ship for 4 days as well.

      We went on 2 tours, ************ and *****. The South African tour was organized and led by a wonderful guide. SmarTours contracted with ********* for the ***** tour and it was not well organized.

      I thought the tour was OK. The food on the cruise ship was OK. I was not impressed by it. We took a trip to the Greek Islands I think we saw too many ruins. I wish we wouldve had more free time to spend on the islands.I think the first day that we arrived they shouldve given us more time to adjust.
