      Maybe the worst customer service I have ever received. We stayed in a property of theirs in ********* that had 10+ issues during our stay, including: broken AC, unplugged fire alarms, broken beds, broken hot tub, mold in the bathroom, and more. Their complete lack of respect for us and our safety during the stay.We texted them night one of the stay and they completely ghosted us, and didnt respond the rest of the trip.

      We rented the ****************** in ******, ** in May, 2025. It was a good experience working with the property manager, Mighty Tree Properties. They were helpful with a few questions prior to contracting the rental. They were quick to respond when we had questions after checking into the rental. They were quick to send someone to the property for further help when we needed it. I wont hesitate to rent again from Mighty Tree Properties.

      We rented a house in *******, ** (***********) from Mighty Tree Properties. Mighty Tree had a very straight forward contract/rental process and they made everything easy. We stayed for 4 nights and someone from Mighty Tree texted me on the first 2 days to make sure everything was going well. The property was better than expected for our 8 guests (4 young kids, 4 adults) and we had no issues during our stay. However, I have no doubt any issues would have been addressed immediately. We enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely rent with Mighty Tree again!

      We rented the *************** home from Mighty Tree Properties during the week of Dec 28th- January 3rd for ourselves, our adult kids and their plus ones. From the start, Mighty Tree Properties was a pleasure to work with answering any questions we had. The house is absolutely beautiful with views of the ********* in the backyard. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of cookware, utensils, silverware, cups, glasses, Wi e glasses, several coffee machines, cleaning products, towels, two guest robes and two washers and dryers. The layout was perfect for our group. Coming from *******, we weren't sure how to light the fireplace in the living room. Their local contact came over and showed us how. He was extremely nice and welcoming.The kitchen also had plenty of spices and some olive oil. That may have been left by former guests as we paid it forward with our no perishable food.This is a family trip we take every year. Everyone in our group loves the house and the area! The game room was a welcome addition too.We are so happy with our first experience working with Mighty Tree Properties for this trip. A complete seamless experience! We would recommend this luxury rental to any large family that wants time together in a home that is warm, inviting and *************** of our best trips!

      Mighty Tree advertise vacation rental homes through ****. I rented a home in ** that was not like the picture. Trees growing from the gutters, broken screens, bugs flying through the house. Dead ants in the window seals, moldy doors and handles etc. We tried to get them to move us, buy they sent out a maintenance person who said "too much work to complete during our stay." They refused to compensate or relocate and now a year later they want us to pay what **** recovered which was half.I HAVE PICTURES!!

      We would like anyone reading this to note that none of the claims related to the condition of the home in this comment are factual. This guest stayed at our home for the entire duration of their reservation and then submitted a dispute with their credit card after they checked out. They waited until the last day to let us know they were not satisfied and request a refund. After we inspected the home and confirmed that all of their claims were frivolous, we had to decline their request for a full refund. Not long after this they submitted a chargeback with the credit card which forced us to initiate legal action. - This review has been submitted by them after they realized that we were not bluffing when we let them know that if they did not return the money we would need to file a civil suit. - We are now scheduled to appear in front of a Judge and let the court decide if they were entitled to their money back.

      A group of eight women from a church group rented this property. It was perfect for us. All four bedrooms have an attached private bathroom. We loved the hot tub. The living/ dining/ kitchen area was spacious. The outdoor living space was amazing. It has a comfortable sofa sectional as well as a nice table to play games, do puzzles, and eat outside. The view of the lake was gorgeous. The location was also good for attractions at Top of the Rock as well as *******. This is a very quiet area. We would stay here again.
