      From the moment we pulled up, we were wowed by this gorgeous home. It is huge, with plenty of bedrooms and space for everyone. We stayed a few nights and loved the peace and quiet. It was a short drive to downtown *********, making it convenient for outings.The pool was nice and cool, and the kids absolutely loved it! We made smores around the fire pit and spent hours in the game room. In the evenings, we relaxed watching TV on a massive screen.The amenities were top-notch, and we had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. We cooked every night on the grill, enjoying meals together. The customer service from ******************** Tree Property was excellent. We were enjoying ourselves so much that we requested extra time for a small fee, and they were very accommodating.As we were leaving, the family was already talking about coming to stay again. We will definitely be back.

      I reserved a cabin in ********** ** for Christmas 2023. I inquired about my reservation recently and this company did not have my reservation on file. When I provided them with the signed contract that I had signed back on 1/2/23 they did not honor signed contract. Stated they didnt have record (email) of signed contract on file so I forwarded them the email confirmation that was sent to me from their company when I submitted the signed contract. They came back and stated they want me to pay $3k more than what was agreed to on contract. This is unacceptable customer service. Every time I would call to speak with manager he was unavailable. This company should have to eat the extra costs since it is a mistake on their part.

An email was sent and a call was made to alert that no payment had been received.
