I can understand why this company is not credited they are horrible I purchased a set of veneers for my sons wedding received them couple of days before wedding started wearing them right away at first they were very sore to wear I figured I had to get used to them I would take them out and put back in through out the day. Once the wedding came I wore them all day I could not eat at the wedding they were digging into my skin I received so many compliments about my teeth it felt great. When I took them out that night my mouth was very sore and of course I was starving continued to wear them for a couple of weeks still with discomfort but I loved the compliments after about a month one day I couldnt understand why my gum was bothering me it was a pinching feeling I took the teeth out that night and I had a huge sore on my mouth and then realized the top veneer was broke and it was digging into my skin. I notified the company right away they would take time to respond and finally they said they could do nothing but send me another set for 300 dollars they would not let me just order the top teeth. I should of known better but I ordered because again I loved the compliments second pair comes in and I realize they are extremely tight to get off when I took the set out I was very careful to make sure they did not break i put the set against my first set and realized they were different one pair was bigger I contacted company numerous times and about two weeks later I was told I was sent a form to get a refund never got the form or email. I have been emailing back and forth with them with no resolution conveniently it is too far past the date to get a refund this company does not work there customers they just take your money and forget about you so now I am out hundreds of dollars with no resolution and no veneers to wear. I would be extremely careful ordering from this company do some research and read the reviews.Business Response

This company customer service is horrible after spending 800 dollars to them for 2 sets of veneers that I cannot wear they want me to buy a third pair I refuse to do that they do not work with their customers I told them in three separate emails that I never received there so-called form they sent me. I even sent them pictures showing the difference between the first pair and the second pair and received no response they are not willing to do anything just continue to tell me about there policies I refuse to give them any more money I plan on mailing both pairs back to them because that are no use to me one pair broke and second pair is not the same as first at first they fit great after a week wearing them they cut the whole inside of mouth and when you put the pairs side by side you can clearly see that the second pair is larger then the first and that is why they dig into my skin.

When I ordered from them my receipt said the impression kit was free ($49 value). I ended up changing my mind after someone showed me how fake they look in real life and I decided it wasn't worth the money (it's hard to tell online, even in reviews people say they look much better on camera). When I said I changed my mind and asked for refund, they still charged me for the impression kit and when I told them that my receipt said the impression kit was free and I didn't even open it, they said it was standard policy. Why are they telling people the impression kit is free? This is false advertising to steal people's money. I will be looking into class action lawsuit.Business Response

I purchased pop on veneers from this company on or about 12/9/ 2022. I havent received the veneers from this company as of today date. I ordered the veneers through pop on veneers but used their 3 rd party company ( Partially). to make payments. Everything was going fine until it was time for me to make my 3rd payment earlier. I went to use Apple Pay and for whatever reason it kept giving me an error code. On partially website it gives you the option to pay by via Apple Pay so I kept trying until it automatically put my account in default at which time it wasnt. The error said that I had to wait 6 months before I can change my payment. I then reached out to Pop On Veneers and they keep giving me the run around when I told them as long as I am making my payments on time that why should it matter how I pay on my order. They then requested that I give them my card number so they can keep it on file, I emailed them again and explained that this is not my first order that I used Klarna at the time and was able to change my payment without any problems that I want to use Apple Pay. That partially told me to contact them and they had to take my account out of default. I said that my account was not late why do you do that place the account status in default they said because I kept trying to use Apple Pay but to still reach out to Pop On Veneers. I reached out several times by via email and online and my complaint still hasnt been resolved I requested a refund filled out the form and ****** totally ignored my request said that she didnt know my refund amount which she did because partially gives it to them the 3rd party company they use for payments and I gave it to them when I submitted the refund form online for 183. 38Business Response

This is clearly not an honest company that anyone should want to do business with, but consumers do because we deserve a certain service at the time and just because we do doesnt give any one company the right to rip off a paying customer. In their response they stated that they couldnt find my order but just this morning they sent me an email stating that they could not cancel my order, so which one is it because I kept all of my correspondence with Pop On Veneers. Its a principal in any given situation in the way that you treat any one person and it is clear to me that this company pop on veneers would rather lie and deceive about something so small then to tell the truth. The truth is I had a problem with their 3rd party company partially, I made contact with Pop On Veneers as was told to me to do by partially but pop on veneers did nothing about it. I then requested for my order to be cancelled and I havent received it anyway. I gave them the amount paid ****** total order ****** order no ******** and they have the audacity to say that they couldnt find my order but email me today twice regarding my request for a refund. I ordered the advertised product which despite the promise to deliver in two weeks was actually 5 weeks to receive. The guarantee was satisfaction or elevate the problem in 30 days. I received veneers on November 23. The top Arch damaged my front dental implant and caused it to fall. I addressed the issue via email on December 17th via direct email. The only inquiry we have received from you within your warranty period was on 12/17/2022 in which you inquired about our Spare veneers purchase price. I ordered top and bottom pop on veneers. The website and customer service said I would receive them within two weeks after submitting my molds two months later I received the veneers after emailing multiple times to cancel my order. Once I received them they were awful. They didnt fit and were cheap vampire type plastic teeth. After giving them a try, wearing around a dozen times (never wore the bottoms due to the fit) they broke in half. I contacted pop on veneers to let them know their product was defective after only having 2 months and wearing less than a dozen times. I sent them all the correspondence I had from them. I was told they only gave a 30 day guarantee. I had these less than two months!! Their website stated these should at least last 12 months or longer! They refused to give me a refund, or even replace the veneers that broke. I never would have spent almost $600 if they had not been falsely advertised. I did my homework and looked for reviews, I did not realize these reviews were all posted directly from pop on veneers. We see you have mentioned that your veneer production took 2 months. We would like to clarify that though your initial purchase was on 8/14/2022, the veneers do not go into production until your impressions have been received, and per our records we have received your impressions on 8/22/2022. We did have a delay at that time due to an influx of orders, which has unfortunately caused our usual 2 week turnaround to become 2-4 weeks. However per our records your veneers were completed and shipped on 9/22/2022 and delivered 9/26/2022.
Additionally, the reason for our 30 day remake or return policy is because if you are experiencing fitting issues, that would be evident to our clients within the first 30 days. Unfortunately it is difficult how veneers *** have been broken after the 30 day window, as there are numerous circumstances that *** be out of our control after that time period. The longevity of the veneers depends on individual usage and how they are worn on a daily basis. Additionally we see you have stated that you have tried to cancel twice while the veneers were in production. I ordered their product not understanding the tricky wording that they used in their return policy. Now I am unable to get a refund or the product because they now want to charge me more to do another impression of my teeth citing the reason because my first ones were not usable. This is a ponzy scheme that attempts to **** as much money from you as they possibly can all the while providing vague details. Totally unethical. You would need a lawyer to decipher what this means. After one hour, you may cancel your order within 120 days. We will issue a refund for any payments made, less a $49 impression kit processing fee for each impression kit sent. If you have financed your order with Partial.ly, we will issue a refund, less the $99 non-refundable down payment. After 120 days, order cancellations are not possible, but we would be happy to work with you to proceed with your order. Huh??!!Business Response

I purchased Veneers and received them first of Nov 2022. Fit great wore them everyday I took out for eating dinner and at night. Picked them up today Dec 30 and they fell apart in my hand. Contacted them and they said past 30 days. So you pay over $500 for a product that only lasts less than 2 months. I purchased pop on veneers and did not like the first set so I sent them back for a remake and was happy. I like the way the remake looked andcwas happy with the remake so I decided to buy a spare pair. I was given a discount of half off which was roughly around ****** no problem. I sent my order in and received my SPARE veneers about 2-3 weeks later. I never opened the box until about 2 weeks ago because the first pair got broken. So I try the veneers on and low and behold they don't fit. They are in fact the very first pair I sent back for a remake. How do I know hmmm they don't cover all of my teeth they are painful to wear and worst of all they are very BULKY. I contacted the company only for them to say too bad you missed the 30 day return ****. Had I known they were scheming then I would have opened the box and checked immediately. I want my money back or the thin veneers that fit and weren't painful to wear. The ones I gave a final ok to. So basically if you get a remake and don't like the first set they will make them over. However if you purchase a spare pair you get the same ones you sent back. This is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. They definitely are scheming. I'm gonna try shiny smile veneers. Please I hope this gets resolved because I don't have money to throw away. The pair I have now just aren't safe to wear due to the cutting into my gums and not covering all off my teeth.Business Response

I ordered veneers from the company listed, pop on veneers. They shipped my impression kit and weeks later my actual veneers both to ****** instead of ************. Which was their fault both times.They will only refund me partially because of their pop on promise but they got my address wrong, twice. I have never received the product. No one at their company will return my phone calls, and their emails they are finding no fault of their own. I do not have the product.
