    This place is an absolute scam. They constantly took money out of my account. False advertised. Then when I call or email to speak with someone there is nobody answering the phones or emails.

    I purchased my veneers for $400 in April. I received them at the end of May. I had them less than 60 days and they broke in half while removing them from my mouth. I contacted the company and they said unfortunately I didn't contact them within 30 days so they can't do anything for me. I obviously didn't contact them in 30 days because they weren't broken until today. I feel like I've been completely scammed by this company and they will not stand behind their product. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

    I ordered POP On Veneer kit and use my credit card to sign up for monthly payments. The company is stealing my money every week, theyre changing my card practically every 3days. I cannot get on phone or email and they keep sending me imprint kit . Please Im asking the BBB for help this company is a huge scam

    processing fee ($50) and each impression kit processing fee ($49 This is what they advertise is the cost for returns they actually charge to be over $200 in costs and returns Between them and the finance company affirms cost me $300 to do the return

    I ordered, paid for, and received a set of pop on veneers at the end of April 2022. On July 13th I opened my veneer case to put my veneers on and the top set had broken in half. I only wear them about 6 hours a day 5 days a week and never eat in them even though the company claims you can. I messaged the company about their product failing and they said that I could buy another set if I wanted. I was told their warranty was 30 days which I could only find wording stating that you could only file for a remake withing 30 days if they did not fit properly. I was not asking for a remake, I am hoping the quality of the product I received was less than their normal quality. I asked to have a supervisor or manager contact me about the situation and I have not heard back, not even from the person whom had messaged me. I believe at the very least the company needs to review the wording in their 30 day warranty policy as it is very vague to the fact that their merchandise is of low quality and they will not stand behind the quality of their product.

    I purchased these so called Veneers thru a ******** add. ORDER#*******. The product did not arrive in the time advertised first of all. Also the product was not how it was represented. The so called pop on veneers made my gums bleed and are a very unsanitary product selling for $600. My dentist even told me this product is highly unsanitary and they shouldn't be selling these to people without notifying them of the serious risks. Tooth and gum disease being one of the biggest. If people have pre existing gum and tooth issues these veneers will just block in horrible bacteria which will lead to much worse problems then they are trying to resolve with this product. I've sent numerous emails to the company asking how to send the product back immediately and get a full refund since I was not happy at all. Well after finally getting a response, weeks and weeks later they tell me the warranty is outside of their 30 day full refund policy. They will only give me a partial refund. I sent an email to this company less then 2 days after receiving the product that I wanted to return it. Clearly they didn't respond on purpose so they could say its outside of the 30 day window and not return my full money spent. I would like a full refund of my entire order which is in the amount of $601.15. I have already returned this product back to the company Pop ON Veneers.

    I purchased a top only pop on veneer system for my mother. We got the kit, sent it in and were told we didn't do it right so they sent another kit. In the meantime, we decided to try to get a 3D scan from a dentist instead, as my mother's mouth wasn't big enough for the impression trays. We were unsuccessful and asked for a refund because we would not be able to make impressions or get a scan. They refunded all but the cost of the impression kits, which we are fine paying for the one we used. They wouldn't let us return the 2nd, unused kit because of Covid, but at the same time, would not refund us for it either. We sent a picture of the unused kit to show that we did not open or use it. Either refund us the $50 because we can't send it back, or let us send it back! You can't use Covid as an excuse and not let it work both ways. **************** will not respond.

    I ordered this product still have not received the impression kit they inform me that the payment plan I signed up for has defaulted and they are going to keep my $99 down payment if I want to redo it they tell me I have to pay the $99 again and this covers the impression kit that I never got I just want my money back never received the product never received the impression kit they sent it to the wrong address supposedly but I don't know about that all I want is my money back and to not deal with these people anymore I believe they are scam
