    I purchased these so called pop on veneers and when I received them they actually look like a horses mouth. They made my gums bleed because they were made wrong. I was under the impression from the website that it was satisfaction and money back guaranteed! Well upon sending them their product back they issue me a partial refund of $278.42 and still want me to pay $125.89 for something I no longer have! This company is a scam and theyre still making money off of people sending them the cheaply made product and still profiting even when a customer is dissatisfied with what they received! I Refuse to pay them $125.89 and this is going to mess my credit up if I dont pay it!

We will issue your partial refund per our Pop On Promise to the original payment method on file.     I ordered pop on veneers expecting a great product and customer service as promised in their ads. Instead I received a horrible product I sent it back for remake and since then I haven't had any communication from customer support regarding their pop on promise that I will be a happy customer. I called the office multiple times,, no one answers this business. I haven't received any update about when my remake is going to be shipped they said it would be shipped on the 16th of August which is today I haven't received any email back and when I call I can't reach anybody so I don't have the veneers or my money. Kindly note, the 30 day remake or return policy begins 30 days from the date in which you receive your veneers. We must receive the completed remake/return form within the 30 day period in order to process your request. Upon further review of our records, we see that your veneers have been delivered 8/22/2022. Since it was your first remake, you were eligible for either a 2nd remake or a return based on our PopOn Promise. We see that you did complete a return form prior to your veneers being delivered on 08/04/2022 but the return label sent on 08/05/2022 has not been utilized and we have not received your returned veneers to process a refund. Unfortunately since you are outside your warranty period no further action can be taken at this time, We are sorry your smile journey had to end this way, but we are here to help if you are ever looking to start your journey again.     I ordered pop on veneers in June I believe. The first impressions were bad so they sent me a second kit. Great they said. In about 3 weeks I received them. The bottoms were cracked. I filled out the form for a first remake. A short period of time later I tried the tops again only to have a big chunk of material fall off within the hour. I filled out a second separate form to have the tops remade. From the get go my product was faulty! Their ***** up not mine. They still were charging me a first remake. When they received the second request for the tops they were calling it a second remake even though I ordered both top and bottoms together as a whole. I emailed them and they told me to disregard. They were both firsts. They sent me a shipping label and I placed both top and bottom molds and veneers in the original box together! As they came. A few weeks later I received only the bottom remake. Waited a few more weeks thinking that it was probably because I filled out two separate forms for each piece. That has to be the reason its delayed. I emailed them asking why I havent received the tops? They claimed they never received the top veneers and mold. Yes they did! I emailed them again stating that I filed two separate forms but sent them together. Again they are claiming they never received the tops there for I am not eligible for a remake or a refund. What? I spent almost ****** on this! I no longer have the tops because I sent them with the bottoms. Do not deal with this company. If I dont get an entire refund or resolve Im taking them to court! I am absolutely frustrated and heart broken over this whole ordeal. I didnt deserve this. I gave them my confidence and money to do a service and they failed.

    Order ********. This company charges upwards of $700 for what they claim to be "quality" veneers (with the claim of a $100 coupon, which they also did not honor). Upon receipt, I find I have spent hundreds of dollars on what amounts to a plastic toy pair of Halloween vampire teeth with the fangs filed down. They are thin, flimsy and EXTREMELY cheap and fake looking! Not quality at all, I could have paid $2.00 at a joke shop for something like this. Happy to return them with their prepaid return slip, but they are saying they will only give a Partial refund! This is unacceptable! I did not receive what I thought i was ordering. I want ALL my money back, this is thievery at its best!

    I went to the company site to buy product. They had a payment plan/installment plan that would charge monthly until total paid. I agreed snd paid and over the next five months was charged $29 weekly. When it came time to receive product i was notified they couldnt help me i was not a candidtae to ehich at this point i was disgusted and the way the business handled it and i requested refund of total paid since i received nothing. I was given the run around over the course of over ten emails saying i would be given partial refund or that they cant help me etc. i reported to my bank while they tried to resolve. My bank is unable to get my miney back being it was over course of months and outside of time window for them to credit my account and was told contact the business to get my money. Total paid is $570. I do not want any excuses or back and forth i paid in full for a product i didnt receive they said couldnt be done i asked refund and i want it effective immediately as its been months now and i am out of $570 and nothing but headaches and stress to show for it. The company has dodged accountability and if a customer pays in full and gets no prodyct give them their money. I do not want partial refund for something i didnt get and i paid then in full.

    I do not accept this as an excuse to keep money that does not belong to you. This is not the truth. I paid in full for the veneer and my irder was rejected due to what i was told as not being a candidate whether your employee said so in error or not. Being told i was not going to be getting my veneer i immediately requested a refund for what i paid in full. I have all my bank charges and receipt order paid in full for $570. I was given the run around back and forth with your agents saying i would get a partial refund which was unacceptable being i paid in full and received ZEROOO product or service. I again requested my full refund and again given same run around to point i notified my bank and they stopped the last installment payment of $29. I paid $29 a week every week for months. The chargeback was for the final payment bc i was already told i was not eligible for product. I was notified after i contacted your agents that i would file complaint with my bank and BBB if i did not get refund and then all of a sudden i was again a candidate. Your business is unethical and i am not the first to have this issue. ** bank has refunded partial as i stated and i am for the last time demanding that after a year of you holding onto money of clients that does not belong to you. Pay me my money back. You did not provide me with any services or product and you do not have the right to keep money for services or product when you provided me with nothing at all. Refund my money for the last time.

    We have attempted to clarify to this customer multiple times that once a chargeback is filed, and won in the client's favor, no further action can be taken as the chargeback refunds the funds to the client, even if it was a partial win on their end (client won 3 out of 4 payments). If it was in our favor we would be able to at least proceed with the order, or offer a remake if applicable.  

    The results of a chargeback are strictly up to the client's financial institution, and we cannot take any further action once a chargeback has been filed, even if we wanted to. Please let me know if there is anything additional I can provide to close this conversation.

    I ordered from pop on veneers a kit for to process and send in to receive upper veneers. I received the kit on or about July 26,2022 and did not open the box. My dentist told me it was not good at all to do this. I have been trying to contact their customer service by phone- they dont answer as well as leaving several emails. Still no response!     Encountering nothing but problems from the company since I have began a business relationship, they refused to respond to emails, do not answer for the only number they have provided no matter what time of day, there is no voice messaging system so you cannot leave a voicemail, leaving essentially no means to receive or provide correspondence. I am requesting revisions on the poor quality product that was provided and I have not received any correspondence or communication from anyone despite me being within my warranty period.

    I followed the instructions for the molds for a set of veneers and what I received did not fit. I followed instructions on the return/refund process and the company completely ripped me off saying I didn't return the veneers that did not fit so I didn't "qualify" for a refund. Why would I keep veneers that did not fit? This is an absolute garbage company and they took me for over $1,000.00!

    Ive never in my life had to deal with such a dishonest company. *** sent in a half dozen impressions and then had a cast of my entire mouth made professionally at a dentist office where I live and sent that to this company with impressions. The cost of that alone was more than the cost of the pop on veneers. Ive been told I didnt qualify for a refund when I tried to get my money back. Ive been told the first set of pop on veneers wasnt returned which was absolutely a lie that doesnt even make sense. Why would I keep a set I cant use, doesnt fit and wont stay on my teeth? Im exhausted by all of this.

    We understand you are stating you have completed your impressions at the dentist using their materials. We would like to note that we do not require our clients to do that, as we send you impression kits that are included within the overall purchase price along with helpful instructions to complete your impressions. We are sorry to hear you had trouble with your impressions and understand that is certainly the most sensitive part of the process. We offer many options to provide additional guidance such as one-on-one video coaching, how to videos for your specific rejection reason, and we provide the option to do in-person impressions at our location in *** using digital scans. 

    We understand you have stated that you have returned impressions to us, however we do not have record of the return label we have created for your remake being utilized. Please see attachments to verify for reference. It is important to use the return labels we provide as it is integrated with your unique order number and case for us to reference upon receipt.
