    The problem is these veneers are uncomfortable, I tried getting a remake they were worse then the first ones. I cannot eat with them as they claim. They want to give me a refund of $403.43 which is ridiculous because I have nothing, I used nothing, only tried them on. These things are made of cheap plastic. And are painful to the gum line. I want a full refund they're not worth the money and I've not used them. This is a scam. I will accept nothing but a full refund. I can understand a small processing fee but this is ridiculous and fraudulent. This company needs shut down for good.

    I do not accept the refund you are trying to give me, you say it will be $219.00 less of the $622 I paid. For something that I can not use or eat with. They are cheap plastic and trimmed with scissors. The company claims to be a lab and physician owned this is all lies. I'm filing a complaint with the state of ******** as you can see in the photos. So either give my refund in full or I'm sending this off the end of the week. The second set I received was worse than the first. And I should not have all these scammers fees you e given me. I do not want a remake and will be calling my lawyer. This company of yours isn't even telling the truth the woman who owns this is not a doctor and these so called plastic veneers are not made in a true lab.     I had to a remake of the top arch. The email told me to send the ill fitting top arch and models (with an s meaning plural) so when I sent the top arch I sent my molds, top arch, and models (top and bottom because their email said models with an s). There were 5 people with me when I put it all in the box and took it **** I got my top remake and they fit perfectly. However, when I reached out immediately right after receiving the remake because they only sent a model back they told me they had no record of receiving the bottom. I told them I sent them together in the same bag. They then sent a picture of the box with only one mold, and two bags but not a picture of all things contained in the box and it looks like there are two models in the bag but they only sent back a model. Ive been trying to get the other model but they refuse to give me back the bottom model I sent when I sent the models as they requested. The 3D models are part of the offer with top and bottom order however I only have one model. *** tried getting them to correct this but they refuse to honor the order offer.

    The veneers were poorly made and didnt fit allow the gun line the plastic wasnt smooth out. They are trying to make me pay for the kit for the modes and that isnt right! They are using that to make money off people saying they look natural and they do not!

    I understand your policy however you fail to advise customers that its cheap plastic and it did not look as advertise, the materials fail the product and the edges around the gum line was not complete therefore I am asking for a courtesy of my full refund. I did not do the remake and took the route of a professional dentist. I did not think taking the chance the 2nd go round would be better or worst then the first set so  I returned the modes and all the items that came with the order. This is not fair to the customers, charging me for materials that I do not have this is your way of making money off of people charging 600 for plastic that does not look like natural teeth.  

     
    Again I am asking for the additional $100 to be refunded to my card and I will accept whatever the cancellation fee is for! Which is even more crazy you charge a cancellation fee for a product you advertise as a natural veneers.

    Item purchased on 4/07/2023 but sent in for production in May of 2024. Received Veneers on 06/06/2024.Craftsmanship is extremely poor. This company is scamming people buy charging $600.00 for Veneers but then send back plastic halloween teeth. I asked about a refund. They mentioned a partial refund but I deserve all my money back. I asked what they thought was a partial refund but they refuse to give me a number. They want me to first fill out a form. I refuse to fill out a form so I don't agree to an amount less than what I deserve, which is a full refund.

    Original order placed for full set & used PayPal for payment. Sent the molds back, in packaging included from company, but never rcvd anything else. Contacted them, cust svc stated they would put a rush on processing. Never rcvd anything. Contacted cust svc again & was told "it must've fallen through the cracks on our end" & I asked for a full refund at this point. Was told someone would contact me...no response back. Contacted cust svc again & was told they found no finished items sent to me, nothing had been done & it was now past time frame for refund. I told them I had no control over how long they took to process this, I want my full refund *********** denied my refund of $571.32. BBB has lots of complaints against this scam of a *********** need my refund in full! They fraudently took my money & never provided a product. Please refund my $571.32 today.     The ad contains false advertising, claiming that the veneers look natural. They do not. They claim that you can speak properly wearing them. You cannot. They claim that you can eat while wearing them, and you cannot --not only is it extremely painful, but food can't properly be chewed, and the veneers slide, causing food to trap inside them. They claim that you can receive a refund, but then they tell you to send the product back and refuse the refund, as several people have stated. Nothing they say is true, and they scam hundred of people out of hundred of dollars.

    I purchased pop on veneers then met with a long illness . The first set of veneers did not fit look liked fake teeth. Sent another impression and they sent it back saying they could not use it . After that I became ill and was sick for several months . When I got better and back to myself had my yearly dentist appointment and was told I had extensive gum disease and couldn't use veneers at all. I asked for refund bit theu said no it was pass the 120 days buy I really could not help it due to my illness I need implants . So the 500 dollars for these pop on veneers would prove helpful. I know it's a multi million dollar companies they can make an exception.

    The product is faulty! The lower veneer cracks on the lower left side. I recently purchased two lower veneers and in less than 90 days both veneers cracked in the same area. I called the company and the company refused to refund, repair or remake.

    This complaint remains unresolved. Pop-on is only sending the order placed on 3/27, which cracked in less than 90 days, and not the order placed on 11/8, which cracked in less than 6 months. I am requesting both sets of veneers to be remade or a full refund provided. I have spent $861.76 on these veneers (my original set and 2 spares/replacements).

    I demand either replacements or full refunds. Pop On claims their product is made with high quality and durable materials. I have not stepped on the veneers, eaten with them, or worn them daily. Please refer to Pop On's statement on their product pulled from their website.

    I purchased a set of veneers from this company reached out to them several times from March 31st when I first tried the product on my teeth when calling the company was always unreachable. I sent my first email on April 20, 2024 no response then I sent another email expressing my concerns and that I will be filing a complaint to get a refund. Then I finally get a response stating the replied to my first email which I never received an email reply. Now all of a sudden theyre past the window of resolving the on going issue where the veneers dont fit and the top had a tooth missing in the back theres way to much space I never wore them only was able to try them on due to this issue and its like a complete waste of money times are hard and I cant afford to be wasting any money please help me get a refund I need my money back please.

    On January 25, 2024 My Bank Account had a with draw for $520.00 for Pop on Veneers. I disputed the transaction with my bank. The bank said that they reached out to pop on veneers and that they had sent me an impression kit. I did not order a kit. when I called pop on veneers I was told that they sent me an impression kit. I explained that I never ordered one. I then asked did you get an impression returned to you? they said no.. I said you wont be getting one either, as I did not order a kit. I was then told that they would have their finance department review and I would be receiving an email. 2 days later I received an email that said that they had attempted to refund the money but that they got an error message from the bank . I again called my bank to see if they had a record of the money attempting to be put back in my account. I was told no record of an attempt. I then called pop on veneers, asked again about a refund. was told that a member of finance would review and get back to me. I received another email this morning that said that the bank came to resolution and that they would not be refunding the money back.

     Your may have sent a package to my home, however I didnt order anything from you. Refund my money. The bank didnt come to the final decision, the decision was from ***** Your company will not be getting a package back from me.. I dont need a fake teeth. I have all of my teeth and again, refund the money back..
