    Ok I have bought 3 pairs. The 1st pair I never received. I wasn't sure how long it took for me to get them do several months went by and I never got them so reached out to them only for them to tell me I had to pay for another pair because I waited too long to contact them. The 2nd pair turned yellow in the cleaning stuff that came with them and now my 3 rd pair the 1st time I cleaned them they broke. I'm pretty dam itritated

Your initial order was marked delivered 4/10/2023. We have not heard from you until 6/30/2023, in which we responded notifying your veneers have been delivered  and provided the tracking information. We did not receive a response until 7/12/2023, which at that point was past the lost package claim expiration date as we stated in our response. Lost package claims need to be submitted to *** within 60 days of the package being delivered. Regrettably, as no claim is able to be filed, we are unable to issue a remake or a return for your order. When an order is shipped, you are sent a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details. Additionally, notification emails are sent to alert you when your package is out for delivery, as well as when the delivery was completed. Per our Pop On Promise we offer 1 remakes or a return within 30 days of the receipt of your spare veneers.     I paid the down price and never received the product I contacted them and they said I would have to pay in full since my payment plan failed I want my down payment back as they didnt do the work and I didnt receive the product

The original $99 deposit to begin Partial.ly payment plans is non-refundable as mentioned in our Pop On Promise, Warranty and Return Policy, and through your Partial.ly financing agreement. Partial.ly is a 3rd party financing option and requires a new down payment if your payment plan defaults, however the new $99 payment will go towards your principal balance, not in addition to. 

    Additionally, as mentioned in our correspondence on 8/4/2023, your impressions were rejected. We need to capture the details of your teeth & especially of your gum line in order to ensure the most accurate fit for your veneers. We also have many options available to provide additional guidance such as one-on-one video coaching, how to videos for your specific rejection reason, and we provide the option to do in-person impressions at our location in *** using digital scans. To proceed with creating veneers we would need your payment plan reopened and an approved impression.     I have purchased 4 pairs of veneers over the past 2 years. The company stated the set last 2 years This is false advertising for the reason of they don't last longer than a few months before cracking , breaking and sliding in and out your mouth.For ************************************************************ and not worry about teeth breaking and falling out of your mouth in front of people.My embarrassment was horrible This pair two purchased in 2023 It's jan **** I would like reimbursement for all of the veneers purchased I would also like **** pain and suffering I am a single woman struggling with my confidence due to this few year tug of war with pop on veneers and they charged me 475 for these.

We do not claim your veneers will last for any finite period of time, but rather the longevity of the veneers depends on individual usage and how they are worn on a daily basis.     I made two payments to Pop On Veneers and the veneers they sent me was too tight too small. It took them three months to send me a printed return label. I return the two small veneers. They sent me an email stating they received the veneers and they were going to issue me a partial refund Then they told me that I should go get my money from a third-party I never received any money back they said they were sending me a partial refund. I never got nothing back. Nothing they have my money and the pop On Veneers. I got just scammed out of $206.44

    I got my first pair which did not fit properly so I asked for a remake. I got the remake and they still didnt fit basically identical to the first pair. They were bulky and thick and not defined at all for my teeth. I then asked for a refund and sent both pairs back. They told me they only received one pair back and would not refund my money. They are scammers and until I get my refund I will continue to warn people about this business.

    When speaking with a representative they made the impression that two iterations of the vaneers were made before an partial refund was available. I want to through with the iterations and was not satisfied. They front teeth were too big, they didnt straighten the bottom teeth (with they can not and do not mention that they can not in their marketing). After the second iteration I was unsatisfied due to the front teeth still being too big, the bottom teeth were not straightened and they look very fake and plastic. I contacted customer service for a partial refund and they informed me that it was no longer an option after the second iteration. At first I was led to believe that I had to have two iterations before I was eligible. Now Im told that its not an option.

    My 1st order was made with PoponVeneers on 07/21/22 in the amount of $384.35, and the impression kit was delivered to home. I needed the top imprint only due to my broken/missing bridge. I received mature/tan. I emailed 08/21/22 because they didnt fit. I was told to fill out complaint sheet and they will respond. 8/24/22. On 10/7/2022, they sent out another impression because their policy was 2 remakes. I corresponded in email. The second didnt fit either. I asked about about refund they respond saying I could only receive $58. back. Finally, I settled with a pair and they broke. Every time I complained because the impressions didnt fit, I had to send back the problem veneer before I received the supposedly corrected veneer. I was informed of this policy on Nov. 22,2022. Lastly, I wore those until I finally ordered another 1 and I paid ****** for the upper veneer on Sept 05, 2023.I have several emails.

Its not a policy issue it the materials either you make deliberately to break or not last so that consumers can repurchase more teeth. Im disappointed this will be my 3rd purchase order.     I am a metastatic ****** cancer patient. I reached out to pop on prior to the investment -regarding the likelihood of me getting the veneers. They said it wouldnt be a problem. I received the putty and tray to make the mold -however did not return it for several months later due to oral pain. I then underwent an oral infection. Unable to use the veneers I reached back out to them. Prior to the pain getting worse, I had reached out to them to let them know that the teacher not look normal. They were going to remote them. However, the pain never subsided from my bone pain in my mouth. I then reached out to them and sent pictures and they stated no problem full refund due to my terminal cancer. Now because of the delay, theyre saying that theyre only gonna give me partial refund when they know that I spoke to them and they said they were going to honor the refund! Now theyre saying per their guidelines, since the molds for *** and Im asking for a refund of 30 days after the purchase they will not do it! This is an ethical, unmoral and unwarranted! I expect a full refund!

    My original order #******** was submitted on 07/13/2023, and I paid $776.39. I received my molds and sent them back to the company immediately. A few weeks later, I inquired about my order and was informed that my order was lost in transit, so another mold kit was shipped to me (order #********) at no cost. I completed my molds and sent back the kit. On 10/10/2023, the business contacted me stated that my molds were approved for veneer production and offered expedited production that would take one week. I paid $267.50 for this service and checked to make sure that it indeed stated one calendar week and not 7 business days. Nowhere on their website or in any email did it state it would take business days, so I ordered the expedited production. This would mean that my veneers would have been completed on 10/17/2023, since the approval email stated that the technicians had already started creating my veneers. Since Pop On uses 2-day shipping, I figured I would get my veneers no later than 10/20/2023, which happened to be when I wanted them by, since that was my wedding day. My veneers did not arrive until 10/24/2023 and were horribly made, cartoonishly huge, and uncomfortable, so I requested a return. During this ordeal, my husband ordered a replacement set of his veneers under order #********. This was unrelated to my order, except now Pop On is stating that I am ineligible for a refund for my purchase because their records indicate that I ordered a spare set, which is against their refund policy. The policy does not mention anything about not refunding an order that was placed within the same household. I don't believe I should be held liable here, since the spare set was not even for me, and neither order was related. I have had such a terrible experience with this business and all I want is my money (and dignity) back.

    I placed an order with Pop On Veneers on 6/19/23 for two spare pairs of upper veneers. The cost was $99 each plus ******** Tax of $14.31 and shipping $17.99. They arrived on 6/30/23. The first pair were great with no fit problems. They broke on 11/16/23, so I took out the second pair. This pair did not fit at all. I called the company to request an adjustment, and the response was that there was a 30 day warranty, and, therefore, there was nothing they could do. I would have to order another pair. As the order was for two of the exact same thing, I would think they would be different sizes. I only tried on the second pair after the first pair broke. All they need to do is make adjustment to the second pair. It is obvious they have not been worn. The company refused to fix their mistake, and I am stuck with a pair that don't fit. I would like the company to admit their error and fix the second pair or returnn my money. Thank you for any help you can give.

Please keep in mind that each pair of PopOn Veneers are custom-made veneers just for you, so we must account for time, labor, and materials used to create your veneers. Our Pop On promise is included upon purchase, within our correspondence, and a required check of approval when completing our remake/return or cancellation form. The reason for our 30 day remake or return policy is because if you are experiencing fitting or cosmetic issues, that would typically be evident to our clients within the first 30 days of receiving their veneers. Additionally, the longevity of the veneers depends on individual usage and how they are worn on a daily basis.
