So I ordered the Pop on Veneers about a month ago, went I sent my 1st impression kit back, they claim they never received it. So they sent me another impression kit, u mailed it back 3 days ago, and now they are sending another impression kit and they won't say why I'm starting to think this is a fraud/ scam business. Especially because money is coming out of my account weekly. I don't understand why they keep sending me impression kits back to back when I already completed and mailed the 2 impression kits already and I mailed it off through **** This is ridiculousPop On Veneers

Upon reviewing our records, we see that the initial impression kit was sent back to us incorrectly as we need our impression kits returned to us with the corresponding postal carrier. The second impression kit we have received was denied due to an unclear gumline, which we have emailed you in response to your inquiry on 7/7/23. We are sorry to hear you had trouble with your impressions. That is certainly the most sensitive part of the process. We want to capture the details of your teeth & especially of your gum line. We also have many options available to provide additional guidance such as one-on-one video coaching, how to videos for your specific rejection reason, and we provide the option to do in-person impressions at our location in *** using digital scans. I rate them a-0/no star. They say after your 1st retake,if returned within 30 days you will be refunded.I still have 3weeks but yet there only returning $258.00 to me. It's a scam plain and simple.They need sued and I'm planning on doing so.Pop On Veneers

Per our Pop On Promise we offer up to 2 remakes or a return within 30 days of the receipt of your veneers, and the 30 day warranty restarts after your 1st remake. We would also like to kindly clarify that our policy states that anytime after the one-hour window, partial refunds are issued. Please keep in mind that each pair of PopOn Veneers are custom-made veneers just for you, so we must account for time, labor, and materials used to create your veneers. My daughter is a disabled vet whos teeth are rotting as a result of issues caused by getting a broken back in the military ( long story).we purchased a set for her to wear while she saves to get her teeth removed and permanents installedshe was so happy she cried. She wore them everyday and smiled often! But after just 5 short months the top piece snapped and broke. She is heart broken! Shes always so careful putting them in and out! So I got a hold of the company and was told that all they could do for ** is give ** a discount on a second pair??????? this is terrible customer service for product that cost ** almost $700 and is only 5 months old.I hate posting bad reviews, but for something thats so costly, owned for just a short while before it broke in half you would think the company would have stepped up to the plate. I certainly will not spend $100s more to have another made just to have the same thing happen.Pop On Veneers

I ordered pop on veneers in late may. I went on a payment plan. They sent the first kit in a timely manner, but when they received it, the molds were declined due I may not have done the impression right. They sent a second one, I made sure I followed directions this time around. Once they were sent in. I received notification that again it wasn't done correctly. This raised a red flag immediately! I was wondering are they saying this because I'm on a payment plan, it just didn't make sense. Unfortunately recently my job cut my hours and I had to withdraw from pop on veneers. I asked for a refund. I paid $220, I only received $24.00 back. Once I get more hours again, I'll go with a company that is accredited with the better business bureau. I never leave reviews but felt I it is necessary. Buyers beware of your on a payment plan, they may be deliberately delaying the process. On top of that I lost $200 at a time when my job cut hours. ****** well learned!Pop On Veneers

Well Im in ********** and it took me two years to find someone to my molds because I have poor dental insurance. The dentist office certainly wasnt going to help me and I didnt have the funds to elsewhere. My son gets this grill so I asked him where did he got it so I went there and the did a magnificent job. I mailed the molds to them after two years l finally found someone keep in mind that I paid them in full ******. I go visit ******* ***** in December and asked them to mail me some molds there. I told them I was visiting. So when they sent the kit to friends she couldnt help me. I come back to ********** like I said found someone to do the molds . But the bottom molds was horrible, I guess they got naked and took it personal because they sent the molds to ***** and I live in ********** and want to charge me another ********************************************************* half of my money back. They really sound like they took mailing to mold to ***** personal. Im devastated. Im outta of ******. So NOT cool. I need my money back. There is no sense in doing another mold because theyre going to do them exactly like they did them the top part fit fine two days later they didnt fit at all and I told my daughter how ******* is this my daughters look at me like mom. You paid $500 for this now they wont help you? Then sent an email and told me that they would not make me any more. They are not professional AT ALL. I waited two years to find someone to do my molds. The bottom one didnt fit at all looks like it was upside down and made for someone else. Its their fault that they didnt fix the bottom teeth correctly and the top one doesnt even fit anymore.So Im outta of 500 hundred dollars. POP on Veneers have NO INTEGRITY.Pop On Veneers

NEVER AGAIN. This company sent me 2 emails "trying" to convince me that my address has not been updated in their system. THEY SENT MY SECOND IMPRESSION *** TO MY UPDATED ADDRESS! Instead, of admitting that they dropped the ball on their end, they're telling me go out of my way to fix something that their "team" screwed up. A supervisor reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience and stated they do indeed have my updated address on file, and was about to send out my veneers. I DON'T WANT THEM, AND I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Since this happened I've sent 11 emails to different pop on team associates explaining myself over and over. I will not go back and forth with the popon team. ***** and manipulators I can't deal with. SCAMMERS! And still trying to get me to reach out to *** to recover my veneers that they sent out to the wrong address. They will not refund me my money for something I was paying for and never received because they dropped the ball. I will be filing a lawsuit for all this c*** that they're putting me through and my refund.Pop On Veneers

My Pop Up Veneers changed my life. Im on stage in front of hundreds sometimes thousands of people and the one thing I never did was smile. And the reason, because my teeth are pretty messed up.
