We would kindly like to clarify that there is no additional cost to the impression kit. Our policy states that anytime after the one-hour window, partial refunds are issued. The Pop On Promise details the fees that are kept at each stage of the customer journey which you can find here ************************************************. Sorry to hear you had trouble with your impressions. That is certainly the most sensitive part of the process. We want to capture the details of your teeth & especially of your gum line. We also have many options available to provide additional guidance such as one-on-one video coaching, how to videos for your specific rejection reason, and we provide the option to do in-person impressions at our location in *** using digital scans.     I could not be happier! Pop on Veneers are affordable, the team kept me updated every step of the way and they fit perfectly. I will be ordering a back up set as well. This is an absolutely fantastic way to have a smile you can be proud of without spending your life savings. I can only speak for myself, but I am so happy I found Pop on Veneers, it has been truly life changing for me.

    I ordered my veneers and received my impression kit in 2 days. Two weeks later I received my veneers. I only purchased the bottom ones. They snapped on perfect and are very comfortable. I even eat with them and have no problems, I treat them like my dentures and am very satisfied. Thank you Pop On for a great smile ! I even ordered a spare just in case.

    I never received the impression kit due to my correct address being labeled as incorrect. canceled the order and was still charged for an impression kit I did not get to see yet alone use. not very customer-focused when it comes to new and dare I say probably existing clientele. The company just seems a bit money hungry to me. $49.00 was charged just for wanting to try something new. never having received anything should cost me $0.00

    They only lasted four months and now they broke and the company will not do anything for you after thirty days horrible customer service They are cheap plastic do not order them

    I am in the middle of my dental journey! I have no insurance so most pay as I go. This product has given me the chance to smile through This dental journey. Great product! I can still smile while i earn the cash to finish the work needed. Thank you!!!

    End product is poor. I dont eat with them and with normal daily wear they are lasting about 4 months before cracking and breaking. Too expensive to keep replacing. Please help!!
