    Fancy Hands is misleading and completely disregarding customer satisfaction when monthly membership is being canceled. I took proper steps to remove my membership because I wouldn't use the service again for a while. I was charged for the next month, and contacted their customer service. They told me my account will still be valid however my membership will be closed. I asked for a refund, they said they couldnt as the payment already went through. I expected to use my credits for the service then since I was billed for the month, however now they told me the credits are expired. This was highly inappropriate and essentially billed me without services being rendered, I need either the credits that I paid for using the service, or a refund of the money for services not being rendered.

    Did not authorize payment - simply requested a benefit of getting 25% off from my Founder's Card membership but did NOT request service (nor did I receive any service). Impossible to get in touch with a human via phone. Email-based response was filled with snark - but the real issue is that I never requested any services from them!Total charges of $53.96
