    I was charged by Fancy Hands for ALMOST 2 YEARS after requesting customer service to, Please cancel my account ASAP.This was my second request to cease service.Their reason: They tried to sell me one continuing ongoing subscription so I could still use credits. I had explicitly said at the time I did not use the service in years and did not respond.This is a clear case of what the ************************************ calls, negative option marketing, or interpreting a persons silence or failure to cancel an agreement as continued acceptance of the offer. But even worse, it provided a negative option after I said please cancel ASAP and interpreted my lack of response as an opt-in.Fancy Hands: NO MEANS NO. No does not mean maybe. And a plea to stop followed by ceasing communication means NO. It takes a twisted business practice to interpret that as consent to continue charging. Advice to prospective consumers: stay away!

    I had a charge of $17.99 appear on my credit card from this company, and I never contacted them in any way. Be careful with this company. I am disputing the charge currently. How they got my credit card information is being investigated by my credit card company. I have never disputed charges on my credit cards in 40 years, yet now I have disputed two in the past week. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY.

    After investigation and from their comment, this individual's credit card may have been compromised elsewhere and used to place an order for our services. We have already refunded this charge as a result. This is not a charge initiated by us but another individual who is using a compromised card.

    I noticed a charge on my credit card from this company. I had never heard of Fancy Hands. I contacted them via email and was told by a representative that my credit card had obviously been stolen. There have been no additional unauthorized charges on the card. I am the only authorized user. My credit card company is investigating on my behalf. Im wondering if this company charges random numbers until the occasional number actually processes?Im hoping to give a heads up to others who may notice this unauthorized charge on their credit card.
