    Calibrate initially gave me sub-par but some level of service. About 3 months in, conveniently beyond my timeframe to receive a refund, the whole experience has gone completely off the rails. They have ******** from me and i am now a full month off of medication simply because i cannot get anyone on their medical staff to respond to me. They exclusively message through their app which started bad and was designed in a way that feels like they are intentionally making the experience more broken. I have no recourse but to watch my affirm loan get processed with no one from this insane operation getting back to me. It has a air of being a full on pyramid scheme. You can easily go 2 full weeks without hearing from anyone on the team when reaching out through the app. They have no phone number and do not respond to emails. Your money just floats off into a black hole never to be seen from again and nobody from this company cares enough to even respond to you. Just read all 60+ pages here and any comments on social media. A massive scam.

    I placed an order with them on the 3rd of August and immediately canceled due to the misrepresentation on their site. I have reached out to them 5 times since the transaction via email (the only form of contact they have) and no one will respond to my request. The company has a 72 hour cancellation policy of which I qualified for. I need some help to please get these crooks to respond...Thank you.

    This company was very non responsive to messages I have sent and attempts to reach someone regarding my medications which they prescribed . I have been without my meds for months and have gotten minimal response and when I have gotten a response it is a generic response not specific to me

    I signed up for this service February 2023 using Affirm. I only received 2 months worth of prescriptions since. They did warn us about a possible shortage but assured they would prescribe us an alternative. Its been 3 months and still no prescription! The pharmacy has been emailing me saying they are still waiting for authorization from the Dr. ** response!The app used for this program is useless. It does not record any data even after syncing with Apple IOS. I cannot access any curriculum because its locked. Its constantly crashing. I have requested to cancel my membership multiple times, still no response!

    Hello - I joined Calibrate Health, but after reading reviews on them - I responded within the "full refund if canceled within 72 hours window." I have now sent 4-5 messages via their customer service channel on their app, emailed them, and left customer service a voicemail as well - all with no resolution. All I am seeking is a response and a refund for the $1749 that they charged me for their service.

    on January 4, 2023 I paid $816.00 for the Calibrate Masters Program with my *** account. January ******* email from ************************* at Calibrate inviting me to join *******************.January 16 2023 a Welcome to the Masters Program email.January 6, 2023 I email the insurance department at Calibrate due to my insurance denying Ozempic.January to March I continue to get reminder emails from Calibrate to log in to the app and complete a daily goal. I cannot log in to the app and cannot get a response from any emails.March 9 2023 I email ******************** at Calibrate to ask again if they have come up with any alternatives to the Ozempic. They reply ELEVEN days later saying that I "tried" to sign up for ******************* but the payment did not process successfully and therefore they cannot look into anything until payment is made.July 2023 I contact my *** for something unrelated to this, and I also have them look into the $813 payment to Calibrate. NBS Benefits, my *** account company, did indeed make a successful payment of $813 to Calibrate.July 6 2023 I email Calibrate to tell them I can't log into the app, my Masters Program was cancelled due to nonpayment but they were indeed paid, and I needed help with the medications since I had not been supported with them since January.July 13, 2023 the Support Team replied saying my Metabolic Reset had ended and therefore my access to the app. and they would send the issue with the *** payment and medication to the appropriate teams and they will reach out to me.July 20 & 31, 2023 I get an email saying I have a new message from their team in the app. The app that I cannot access since they say they have not received payment for, but then why are they still communicating with me through the app and sending me reminders to complete my goals on the app??July 28, 2023 I email any calibrate email I can find on their website, and message them on ******** and Instagram. I am still waiting for a response.

    Customer support is impossible to get a hold of. There is only one method provided to reach out for support and the turnaround is at least a week for a reply. Then you have to wait another week when you reply to their initial reply. It is impossible. I have been waiting for weeks just to send a prescription to a different pharmacy. Im not sure why their customer service is so slow.

    On 3/24/23 I signed up for Calibrate and was charged $1574.00. I had a virtual MD visit through Calibrate on 4/27. I have never received a prescription for weight loss medication as agreed upon when I signed up. I was eligible for a refund on 7/26/23. I have requested a refund from Calibrate but they refuse to respond to my request. Im requesting a refund as the service that I was charged for has not been provided.

    I have been a member of Calibrate for over a year. The first year was fine, however since I have signed up for their "Master's Program", I have received little response to my questions and am no longer receiving my medication. This is despite the fact that I am still paying for the service.

    I had a reaction to the medication prescribed Ozempic and ended up in ER with extremely high blood pressure. I seeked medical advice from Calibrate and kept them updated of status of my follow up appointments. It took them over 30 days to respond meanwhile I am still paying for the program. They still havent really helped me plus you can never talk to anyone. All the documentation is texts on their app.
