    Signed up for calibrate program in May 2022. Finally heard back in June 2022. Prepaid $1600 for one year membership. Unable to get in touch regarding medications that still have not arrived. Have reached out via email and app multiple times without success. Mass email sent from CEO and CMO on 7/20 and 7/28 to all members with apologies but STILL have not received any information. If you look at the ******* account for this company you will see hundreds of similar stories.

    I joined Calibrate in January 2022 and have been successfully losing weight due to coaching and prescribed medication. However, I have not gotten any of my prescribed medication for the last three weeks. I explained this to my coach during our last session, I have called and left messages, I have reached out through the support and medical channels and nothing. No response whatsoever. This is totally unacceptable. I have been compliant the Calibrate Commitment and my expectation is Calibrate would be compliant as well.

    I signed up with Calibrate in June. I had my initial doctor's *********** on June 29th. I had a few blood tests that needed to be submitted, which I did on July 6th and submitted July 7th. ********* was supposed to be sent over for me on June 29th while I was waiting on blood work and the main prescription to be filled, but that didn't get sent. I followed up on July 12th. I got no response to that message, so on July 15th I told them I wanted to cancel my account. On July 18th I finally heard back and the ********* was submitted. They did not process my blood work until the 18th, even though that was submitted on the 7th. At that point, the main prescription (*******) was submitted. I decided I would not cancel and see if they started to be more responsive.The main reason I joined this program, however, was for the coaching. I still have not had a coaching ***********, even though I started the medication over two weeks ago. They've asked for my availability twice for coaching ***********s and I gave them my schedule. Twice I got emails saying that "we're sorry we missed you for your first coaching session," as if I was the one who had missed an ***********, even though they never responded to my availability to make an ***********. I got a message saying that their "coaching availability is quite limited right now" and asked again for me to send times that work. I should not have to jump through hoops multiple times to get an *********** booked. The whole experience has been a disaster from start to finish, and I want to be let out of my contract. I understand that I owe for the doctor's ***********, but I do not want to be held to the rest of the year.

    Date: April 3, 2022 Amount Paid: $1,620 Calibrate committed to provide: Monthly coaching, doctors appointments, and medication to aid in weight loss, with a total satisfaction and weight loss guarantee.Dispute: Despite my multiple attempts to setup my doctors appointment or coaching session, I have not heard back from Calibrate. They do not answer the phone or the app. They have not provided ANY of the services they stated they would provide, they wont even respond to my multiple attempts to contact them (I reached out on the below dates: 7/7, 7/21, 7/24, 7/27 and 8/1).Resolve: The business has not tried to resolve the problem. They will not answer the phone or app and leave no other method to contact them. They wont even respond or respond to a different question that is not the question I am asking. It feels like a scam, at this point. Goal: I would like a full refund. It has been 3 months and I have received no services.

    I enrolled in Calibrate, a weight loss business, which is supposed to provide me with medications that help a person lose weight. I used Affirm to pay for their program ($1400) over a total of 12 months. After 3 months I have still not received a single medication or prescription for weight loss medication. I have requested that Calibrate cancel my program which would eliminate my need to pay Affirm $120 each month for the remaining 9 months. Calibrate has not responded to my request to cancel their program. Affirm continues to **** me $130 each month. I would like a refund of the $390 I have spent so far and to be removed from their program charges freeing me from Affirm harassing me for Payment.

    Hello, I signed up for this program and paid in full. However for weeks my pharmacy has been trying to contact them to refill my prescription. They send a mass email out saying that there is a shortage of medications but my local pharmacy has it to dispense but is waiting the prescription. Also they don't return messages but sent an email saying if you send more than one message you will move to the back. Therefore, they take your money and leave no way to communicate where you can actually resolve issues.

    I joined this company with the promise of support and prescription of GLP1. I was supposed to be followed up with a MD within a month never happened. A coach I had quit and no one followed up with a replacement. I sent numerous emails and app messages no follow up. I am asking for a full refund because they are a scam

    On June 2nd I decided to join calibrate to try and get their GLP 1 medication for weight loss. I paid $1570.00. I proceeded to schedule and doctor ************ They promised to get your prescription medication and the *** was 4 to 6 weeks. I saw the doctor on June 16th and the medication was prescribed. I then sent Calibrate a message with my pharmacy information telling them that they needed to go through Express Scripts and get my medication because this is the only way it will be approved. I told them in an email that my script needed to be filled there but on July 1 it would have to go through the ******* pharmacy as we were switching insurance plans. I sent the card information for both plans. The responses were slow and I waited to hear back from them about the pharmacy. I received and email that they had changes to their plan and that they were switching pharmacies and that now the wait would be 6 to 8 weeks. Again, I emailed telling them that I could not use their pharmacy and that they needed to switch to mine. Then July 1st hit and my insurance had changed. I responded to them that I was very unhappy with the 6 to 8 week change and that again I could not use their pharmacy and that I sent my pharmacy change and they were not reading my emails. They then submitted to the wrong pharmacy after about a week with no response from them. No response and not following directions is not a good indication that you are going to be taken care of and get the doctor care that you need. I wanted to cancel and stated that in an email. For my safety I did not feel comfortable with the untimely responses that I received. I asked for the refund because I became concerned because you cannot reach them by phone and you get the wrong responses in the emails. They do not read your emails correctly and this creates room for errors. I went to my doctor and I had my medication in 3 days. This company is a very unsafe company. Very scary when you are dealing with a persons health.

    Paid $1600 for customer support for monthly weight loss. No support. They did not answer messages in timely fashion or at all. Equipment they sent me is not working properly. Their med mail in company was not doing their part. I had to call in each month. They were supposed to automatically send medication. I feel that for two months only I need a refund. The whole two months was a nightmare. I still cant get anyone to answer phone or write me back since telling them I am leaving program.

    I have been part of the calibrate program and rejoined on June 1st, 2022. It has been 2 full months and I still have not received my medication. I have reached out multiple times and unable to reach anyone. Its all we will reply to your message within 3 days and nothing. I am paying for a service I am not receiving and beyond frustrated with the lack of care or concern. Feels like it is all a scheme to take your money and only provide you with virtual coaching and online materials.
