      I ordered cupcakes on July 10, 2024 to be delivered to my daughter in Mt. Pleasant SC celebrating my daughters birthday on ***********. Order # **********. They were supposed to be delivered on Aug.7 *****. They did not arrive . The company did not send them. I had to call and complain on Aug 8, 2024 when they did not arrive. My daughter thought I'd forgotten her birthday and she was very unhappy with me. The company finally sent them after I got in touch with them and the cupcakes were very late to arrive. It is incredibly difficult to get in touch with customer service to get an issue rectified. You have to write an email and they don't respond for 48 hours. That order cost $55.90.Then again on Dec 18, ********************************************************** ************** to arrive on Dec 23rd and once again they did not arrive. I tried to get in touch with customer service to complain but once again it is incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone at this company. I had to send an email and received a reply that said they would get back in touch in 48 hours. This is NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I expected these cupcakes to be at my daughters house on Dec 23rd for Christmas. I placed the order for them to arrive on Dec 23 in plenty of time. These cupcakes are for my grandchildren and once again they will be disappointed. This company is the worst ! Why don't they employ anyone who you can call and talk to if there is a problem. This delay tactic of getting back in touch in 48 hours once you write them an email is unacceptable. This order cost $89.95.

      I have even contacted by the business concerning my complaint ID ********, and they have made resolution which is satisfactory to me even though their customer service remains beyond awful and needs to be completely addressed, the matter has been resolved. This is a big company and their attention to detail and their lack of urgency and compassion for their customers is shocking and really terrible.

      On March 11, 2024 I called Baked by Melissa and ordered 3 pick your own cupcakes to be delivered on March 29. 2 orders exactly the same and 1 order different.When the order came there were only 2 orders in the package. 1 order of each. I called Baked by Melissa immediately and the person I spoke to said that the order that was missing would be delivered the next day.The next day the order arrived but it was not the order that was missing it was the same order of the different cupcakes that arrived. In a panic I called again because these were for my grandchildren for Easter and one child would be getting the wrong cupcakes. I was told that the right order would be delivered Easter day. Easter day came and the order never came. One grandchild went home empty handed without his cupcakes. Order came the next day.When my grandson opened his cupcakes that came March 29 we saw the order was not what we ordered. The cupcakes that came were all different. His favorites are the Peanut and Jelly and you can see from the order he ordered 6 Peanut and Jelly cupcakes. There were NONE. Not one ************** cupcakes.After spending $144.95 only one order was correct. Shame on Baked by Melissa. Can't even speak to the company because they are hidden. I wrote a letter and it came back undeliverable. Never, ever, will I buy and will tell everyone I know. DO NOT BUY FROM BAKED BY MELISSA. I should have my money refunded because only one order was correct and my grandson's Easter was not happy.

      The cost was $78.95. When the ordered arrived on February 13th as an early Valentines Day gift, only half the order arrived. We attempted to call numerous times and 5 emails, however no one has responded. The calls go in a loop and the emails ******************************** and ********************************* ). I would like a refund for the amount that was not delivered including half the shipping so that it is $39.47.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Baked by Melissa regarding their fraudulence and conduct in handling my recent transaction. It is no wonder that this company holds an F rating with the Better Business Bureau given the utterly disgraceful manner in which they operate.I provided them with ample opportunities to rectify the situation before it escalated into a disaster. Despite this, they stubbornly chose to neglect my concerns and failed to take appropriate action. It is appalling that they believe they can take my money and then proceed to conduct business as they please without regard for customer satisfaction.Specifically, I paid $16 for delivery, selecting a specific delivery day of Monday. However, the package is out for delivery today, and due to the closure of the business caused by inclement weather, it will arrive three days late. This delay is completely unjustified, especially considering that there was sufficient time to ensure timely delivery using the funds I provided. Now, my recipient is expected to consume food that is over 5+ days oldan unacceptable situation.The ignorance, greed, and negligence displayed by this company are truly appalling. This is not the first issue Ive had and I refuse to tolerate such behavior. I demand that this company refund my money immediately and promptly send my loved one a fresh batch via overnight delivery, with no exceptions and no more excuses.They must understand the gravity of their actions and the impact they have on customers. They should feel utterly ashamed of themselves for their despicable behavior. Messing with people's time and money in this manner is completely unacceptable and must be addressed immediately.
