    I ordered a birdsy cam for my dad. It worked less than a year and then stopped working. Ive been emailing with customer service for months and they have not offered any sort of solution. In fact, my most recent email I got from them was also the same email I received on August 8th, we are getting with ************* and will update you shortly.Im done. Ive tried to call and the number on BBB just rang and rang. I would urge everyone to go with a different brand camera.

    My husband purchased this camera as a birthday present to me. I decided I wanted to get something different. We have both contacted the company via email to obtain instructions on how to proceed, have not received any guidance. I have also messaged them on ********* no assistance. I have called the number listed here, no answer.

    I purchased a birdsy camera for myself. It does not power on when plugged in. I want to return it and they will not give me the info needed to return it. They have emailed me about trying to find a solution which I tried but was unable to solve because it will not power on when plugged in. I have asked numerous times for an address to return it and they will not give it to me. I have called the their number and no one picks up the phone and you are unable to leave a message. It is an expensive camera that does not work. I wish to return it and have my money refunded. Can you help me?
