      I ordered a bag from their website last week. I received early this week and carried the bag one day. I noticed the thread had unraveled on one of the drawstrings. I contacted the company and the ************ they can offer me are 1. For me to drive to my nearest store (which is 2 hours away) and discuss the problem with the store (even though my purchase was 100% made via online). Or 2. Receive $25 credit online or return the bag as its sold out (although it seems to be available when I check their site). This was a bag I paid $100 for, original price was $248.

      I received a damaged item as a gift purchase off my registry, called team, they instructed me to send a photo to customer care email, which I promptly did. Since then, this has been an absolute nightmare and with nothing to show for it after 3 weeks, 4 phone calls, and countless emails with completely wrong information and disorganization at the helm. No one has anything together over there. This latest email today was my breaking point.All I am asking for is an e-gift card in the amount of the item ($132.50) to be emailed to me for the item. Instead, over 3 weeks your team has managed to: - Email the party who gifted it to me with the egift card (when I specifically instructed them not to and to send to me given this was a gift)- Apparently needed time to devalue that card and then could issue to me --> never did as it's now weeks later since that initial conversation and no gift card - Sent me an email last week after I called AGAIN and spoke with a supervisor who very coldly just said "yes, you will get an egift card in 3-5 business days"- Emailed to follow-up yesterday since it had been exactly 5 business days with nothing, and I'm told this morning it was mailed! When I track it - it was going to *********, ** (nowhere near my address in MD, or even where the gifter lived) Much less I told them to email me an egift card and was specifically told it would be. - Now today, I just got another email saying that they need to research the pin or something? This is absolutely asinine and as a luxury retailer, I expect so much more. Please issue me this gift card immediately to this email **************************** and end my misery. You've lost a customer in me after this. Please advise at your earliest and I look forward to actually getting some resolve.

      So after waiting a week for this to be corrected, **** spade ******** still did nothing. I ordered a backpack and walletbut received this! To say Im disappointed is an understatement. Not to mention when I made my 3rd call to them today, the person told me the item I ordered was now Out Of Stock. You must be kidding me. So now Im informing everyone DO NOT ORDER online and expect to receive your items (or anything remotely close) and they offer nothing but an apology and my money back!
