      I rate this company's customer service a negative 100. The customer service system is always down. I ordered an item on 02/09/2025. It is 02/13/2025 and the items tracking number shows that it has still not been picked up by the courier service. It has not moved from the vendor's warehouse. I contacted the vendor to cancel the order and get a refund and was informed that I could not get a refund until I received the item. How can I do this when the item has never left you warehouse or been picked up by the courier. The courier states they are not in possession of the item. I will be contacting my bank to file a fraud dispute. The service with the vendor *****.

      Disappointing there is not a zero star Very unprofessional disorganized online services ordered an item a month before Christmas. It never showed up although the tracker said it shipped the day after I ordered it. It never moved. It never went anywhere. It is now January ******************************* the same spot. This is a fraudulent ******* gonna go to my bank over a month later now and force a refund to affect their credit Absolutely pathetic

      Purchased a bag online in Canada. Was going to buy in person but checked online and was even cheaper with discount. I ticked off Canada and it showed me price in canadian dollars.
      I was shocked to see my credit card charged in US dollars. I immediatly called customer service and they were absolutely horrible. They don't want to help just say sorry nothing we can do. I emailed them and no response. I was mislead with the price. Cost me more online than in person with the currency exchange, yet my bill still shows in Canadian dollars. Customer service told me you can send it back but have to pay shipping again or go to the store but 99% they won't take it back and give you a refund. They believe they are right and customers are wrong. For a big company like Kate Spade you would think they would be able to accommodate the customers but they don't care about the consumers only trying to get money in their pockets. Very dissapointed with this company. I own many Kate Spade bags but this will be my last one and I would discourage anyone else I speak to who wants to buy one as well. Many other luxury brands that actually work with you.

      Ordered a purse for my daughter on 12/24/24 and they still have not shipped it, they sent tracking number but it says waiting for item to be dropped off? I called **** spade but they don't speak English so hard to communicate for this us citizen. Will not buy from again and contacting ******

      Cannot get updated shipping information on an order. Item ordered 12/3. Needed by Christmas. No info available on the website. Order confirmation says ships within 3-7 business days. Cannot contact customer care. Live chat has no info.

      The worst costumer service They have zero experience in costumer service Dont buy from outlets they are scamming people I purchased purse they charge my card just to find out 2 h later that item is out of stock and I am not able to get my refund because its final sale so I need to wait till the item is back in stock again How this is make any sense all I want is my back !!!!Terrible experience I will never purchase anything from them

      Likely a lost package, a ruined Christmas for a family member and basically non existent customer service. If you are on hold for an hour the company just hangs up on you.

      I recently placed a couple orders with **** Spade. Two of the orders were cancelled because the items were not in stock. The most frustrating part is that they continue to list the items as available even though they know the items are out of stock. When I called to see what was going on it was apparent they were aware of the situation. Very unethical.

      AWESOME QUALITY AND PRICE!I want to give a big thumbs up for the large tote I ordered from the Kate Spade Outlet. I was looking for a go-to bag to carry my laptop, textbooks, and some miscellaneous items to school, and this tote is perfect! Its practical, durable, and stylish. Thank you, **** Spade, for creating such a great all-in-one toteI get compliments on it every day! The quality and price are fantastic, and Ill definitely recommend it to my friends and be a returning customer.

      I love **** Spade products. BUT have had terrible service from the on line site. I ordered perfume 3 weeks ago. They claim 3-7 business days. It missed my daughter's birthday. They offered me 15 percent off on my next order. No apology. There will NOT be a next order.
