      Im very disappointed in the customer service for **** **********************. My husband purchased me a cross body bag last year for Christmas and in less than ten months, the strap began to fall apart. I called customer service on October 26, 2022 and was delighted to know that they were going to send me a replacement and I was told I can dispose of my current bag. The customer service rep did not ask for any photos and did not ask me to send my bag back. I got rid of it expecting a replacement to show up soon. Approximately two weeks went by and I did not get a shipping email confirmation or package at my door as promised. I called back today only to find that there is no record of the conversation had two weeks ago and they will not do anything without receiving my broken bag back. This would not have been a problem had I been told this on my first call. I am very very disappointed that Im not out of luck and out of a bag.

      I paid for 3-7 business day delivery and my items wont be delivered until almost 15 business days later. The company isnt even apologetic. They say its because of customs at the border, but they didnt even ship the item out until 5 business days after the order was placed. Terrible customer service.
