      I called ***'s for an estimate because he advertised that he has an A rating with BBB. He arrived 5 minutes after my call although it was not an emergency at all. He said he needed to have a $100 fee for an estimate. That sounded off but I gave it to him. He looked at the pipes in question for about 2 minutes and told me to write down my email address and he would send me a proposal which would include a something about if the pipes broke during the repair, the estimate would not apply. He didn't measure anything or take pics of the job. He promptly left and never sent the estimate. I've called him a number of times but he won't answer my calls. I guess I was stupid to trust that he was honest. He is local and he has a false advertising website. How can he claim to be accredited by BBB when he is NOT!??
