      8/22 called to dispatch 5:13- cancelled 5:23 was in route (his location is 3.8 miles away from our office). Said he was still going to drive to the site, I told him we dont need it and to not charge us for it. Went onsite, did not get out of Vehicle per our site manager. Said he would only reduce the $787 emergency call (yes $787 if you can believe that) is his emergency $100 after hours call plus prebilled labor. Rob was only willing to reduce it to $400 for doing absolutely no work and being cancelled minutes after the call was made. Could not lucidly breakdown the makeup of his charges of the $400 or justify it. We were willing to pay the $100 emergency service call since we made the call and he dispatched minutes later but we cancelled minutes later also and absolutely nothing was done. Unless you want to get ripped off would suggest you call elsewhere. Predatorytactics.. Also threatened to *** for libel if I posted a negative review and threatened to put a lien on our building. I plan to go full legal to any extent needed and will be disputing any excess charge with our credit card company.
