      Urban Inspirations runs a SCAM business out of **** ******** *** / Niagara Falls, NY. They have repeatedly placed orders via our ****** *****. Most of their orders are fraudulent - there are always issues with returns, items not reaching their destination etc. We DO NOT want this company placing bogus orders via our ****** ***** or otherwise. Many of our vendors have blacklisted this company. They have an F rating on BBB clearly depicting their fraudulent behavior. Similar reviews / feedback are also listed on Google. Urban Inspirations keeps on changing their ****** ******* name thinking we will not notice them. We have repeatedly reported them to ******. Urban Inspirations places orders via ****** or other online retail stores and then falsely claims the product did not arrive or is defective. We want Urban Inspirations to cease and desist from placing orders via our ****** *****s or any other store we sell on. I have called NFPD multiple times to report this criminal behavior. When you call any of their phone numbers they pick up and disconnect or don't pick up at all.

      Scammers:
      They purchased over a $200 item from us on ****** and we shipped it out under ***** tracking: ************. ***** shows it was delivered and signed for but they opened a case and got their money back for claiming that they never got it. They asked us to cancel it but as it was already shipped we could not so this is how they treat us and no doubt others too.
