      Urban Inspirations SFP gets ZERO stars from me.
      They appear to be a fraudulent seller on ***********
      I ordered 3 electric pressure canners on 14 Oct 2024 on ***********thinking these were sold by them.
      Today I called ***********to inquire about the shipping status, promissed delivery was Nov 4th. I was advised that the items were sold by a third party seller called Urban Inspirations SFP and that they had not yet shipped my order. I requested ***********to contact the seller. Without my consent they went ahead and shared my personal email with the seller.
      Immediately after ***********contacted tge seller, I received 2 suspicious text msgs. The seller sent me 2 different emails from different staff in each telling me a different story. I was advised that the delivery carrier lost my shipment and that my purchase would be refunded within 7-10 business days. They straight out lied as the items were never shipped to start with.
      I responded to the seller via email and insisted on them shipping the items I ordered and paid for via rush order.
      I first emailed and then called ***********again and requested that they take actions against this third party seller and they refused to assist in this matter.
      ***********does not protect the confidential information of their customers nor do they protect them from fraudulent vendors! This is the last time I ever purchased from ***********
      I called my credit card company to report Urban Inspirations SFP and they won't do anything unless I cancel my credit card.
      Moral of tge story is that it is no longer safe to order anything from large cooperations such as ***********

      This company uses ****** as a drop-shipping platform. They take orders and fulfill them via ****** and the falsely and fraudulently request to return products for bogus reasons such as "Item Not Received" or "Item is Defective". Many sellers don't bother and just issue a refund. They do this regularly. They are an absolute SCAM. They also go by the name of ****** ***** ** or ***** ************ *** Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!

      FRAUDULENT COMPANY! It purchases products on e-commerce websites and always claim that it is not delivered. FRAUD! SCUMBAG.

      They sent us a defective NERF gun that I purchased ahead of time for my son's birthday. After using it a few times, it stopped working and they refuse to replace it because it's past 30 days. I didn't even want a refund - just a gun that works! I bought through ******* thinking I was buying from a reputable company, but it was this shoddy company that was fulfilling the orders.

      This company is a scam company. No phone numbers work, they do not return emails. Please avoid this company at all expense.

      Purchased some additional batteries for my camera from Urban Inspirations.
      Had a bit of a hiccup with the courier pick-up date from them but they handled it like true professionals. Excellent communication with me.
      I would not hesitate to re-purchase product from this company.
      Excellent to deal with. Very pleased.

      Terrible service and terrible products. You are better to buy legit products from legit sellers. They are not recognized by many of the manufacturers as authorized sellers. Buyer beware, you may be getting knock offs or ****** returned and used product.

      Horrible company. Ordered on line and want to return product. I am stil waiting for a return label (Going on 4 weeks now). Cannot return to ******* as product is over 150.
      Still fighting with them to get a return label as they are ignoring all requests.
      TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE company.
      Just a scam company
      Buyer beware when ordering. NEVER order from them.
      Would leave 0 stars if possible.

      Built a cart on ******* 2 lights from urban inspirations each for $145. Went home and measured to make sure lights would fit, went to check out and price had increased to over $450 for each light.

      Third party seller on *******. A number of people spotted a sale on a tablet via ************.com. This seller suddenly cancelled order on everyone without an explanation.
      Refund was provided but when pressed, the seller lied about how the item being shipped is damaged on route and that the carrier is returning the item to them. What's not known to them is that the buyers are all comparing notes and knew the seller is lying. Don't try your luck on this company.
