Terry our sales representative was knowledgeable and even though we were looking at a used RV didn't try to sell us on something different.   We purchased an RV from colton in Novebmer of 2022. Colton rv brought the RV to us from NY to SC and picked up our trade. Since we were in SC and unable to travel to NY at the time, Craig (our salesman) connected us with parts where they shipped us all the parts needed for free, and we did the replacements. They were very easy to work with and we are very happy with our ****** ******* *** ****

  I’ve purchased a camper and they were supposed to have completed work on it before they delivered it they did not. They didn’t even let me know when it was going to be delivered. I had to call several times. They also delivered it to the wrong address seven hours late and when I asked they pretty much didn’t care but they wanted to call me and they wanted their money for the additional work that was done on the camper but they didn’t complete all the work that they were supposed to complete and then they bit hassling me for the money, but they still have yet to make an appointment for the work.

  Ninety miles from NYC there is a very NEW and special treasure, Colton RV of Wind Gap, Pennsylvania. Located at 489 Bushkill Plaza Lane, Wind Gap, PA 18091. On over 18 acres of scenic land with panoramic views there are any friendly sales personal there waiting to help you purchase your brand new or well taken care of Fifth Wheel, Travel Trailer, Toy Hauler, or a ClassA, B, or C Coach. My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful establishment on Monday, April 24, 2023 to pick-up our 2023 Travel Trailer which was being upgraded to Lithium Batteries with a ******* MultiPlus Compact Inverter 12/2000/80-50 120 V.
  We believe, the HEART of this wonderful establishment is, THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT managed by MATTHEW S******* along with the service advisor HARVEY, and the very capable Technician, JAZ S******. These three very capable, helpful and friendly gentlemen went well above and beyond, with great professional expertise, what we were expecting. What a most pleasant and pleasing experience from very competent and caring individuals. They take pride in their craftsmanship and pride in work well done. With the help and recommendations of Casey Colton, CEO, all of this would have been impossible.

  O stars. Unfortunately they tell you something and then do the complete opposite. You ask for a supervisor and they are conveniently alway unavailable. Bought a 2022 crusader and have issues right from the start. They are suppose to clean the unit. Did walk thru not clean told they took back it still looked the same complained. Nothing happened we ended up cleaning. It. Our first trip out our push out toppers ripped right off the unit that they installed. Took it in the must have hit the building or something never told us we found it when we did the look at what we asked them to do. I will say customer service was excellent but service is a -10 for customer service and sticking to what they say. 2nd trip out our spare tire almost fell off the unit. And because I couldn't get it in within my year they won't cover it. We even bought the extended warranty. Very shady company which extremely upsetting as we were about to trade up and won't be doing with this company. Colton rv North Tonawanda-10 for my review

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SHYSTERS
  Bought a used ******** ****** in January - didn’t get it due to repairs they were going to make until February . Took the camper home and opened found many problems that they said they were going to fix.
  Once they have your money they don’t know you.
  Called Matt my sales person- he said to bring it in - the lift mechanism that they fixed prior did not work. They said it was just a set-screw. No other repairs were completed because they did not have any tech’s available.
  Continued to call Matt about the issues / did not return my calls
  Took the camper to another RV place and received a quote to fix for $7,000.00. Including replacing the Axle which is not safe to drive on. Not sure how this passed inspection for New York State but I’ll be contacting them also
  Called again on Friday - March 24th spoke to the sales manager. - John - Who basically said he had only been there 27 minutes and didn’t know if he could help me, but he would call me back. No response

  Big Shout Out to the Colton Service Team on Lake Ave. We had a laundry list of concerns & every single one was addressed & taken care of. We especially appreciated the professionalism shown us by Marty, our Service Advisor, Bill Colton, GM & Mike, our technician who went over everything to make sure we were comfortable. We would say they exceeded our expectations !! Thank You !! **** & ***

  I can’t say enough good things about Colton RV!! Though we live in Cleveland, OH, we decided to make the drive to Buffalo, NY and purchase our ***** ********’ ******** ********** van at Colton RV. When purchasing any RV, it’s just as important to review/interview members at the dealership, then to just pick out the RV you want. This family owned business is top notch.
  The main reason we decided to buy our sprinter at Colton is because of Nathan S******, our sales person. If it wasn’t for the outstanding service, communication, follow up and knowledge we have received from Nathan, we may have gone elsewhere.
  Usually that kind of quality service ends when the sale is final and you drive off the lot. But that hasn’t been the case with Nathan S******. We still have a few loose ends we are dealing with and Nathan has been great at following up with the Service Dept team and others. His timely communication and follow up is outstanding. He is very “hands on” and though he didn’t do our walk through orientation, has been a wealth of knowledge with all the additional questions us 1st time RV owners have had.
  In addition to Nathan, we appreciate Shawn (service Dept), Kevin (finance) and Sarah and the ladies up front for their friendly, customer interaction and service.
  If you are looking for any type of RV’s, I highly recommend Colton RV from Buffalo, NY.

  The worst customer service ever. Was told they are not taking any more service customers because they are too busy. problem is, it is warranty service. S
  o basically, they are selling garbage and not standing behind the product. Stay away from Colton RV
