    Company was hired to mitigate a leak in basement by washing and applying epoxy to a portion of basement wall. Contractor subcontracted the work (without letting me know) and the subcontractor damaged the walls by using incorrect pressure washer jet nozzle, ruining the foundation of house (knocked out mortar from foundation blocks). Brought this to their attention and they agreed this wasn't part of the original invoice, nor was it the intention. They told me to fix their mistake they must charge me an additional $900 on top of previously agreed upon price.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 
    The complaint was not related to "dirt coming off of the wall," as mentioned in the response, rather the fact that the company (A2Z Handyman) damaged a portion of my house's foundation by incorrectly power washing it with the wrong attachments. The pictures show the before and after, as well as describe what the power washing was to achieve (removal of dirt and loose paint). I had a different company come in an assess the work and this was their assessment (attached is their assessment and work that they completed). Ultimately, the company (A2Z) sub-contracted the work and that sub-contractor damaged our foundation. The company (A2Z) had additional sub-contractors (*********** ********* LLC) come out to assess and finish the work, and sub-contractors agreed that the power washing was done incorrectly (attached and noted at the bottom of the invoice: "This is A Change of Provision due to the pressure washer structurally damaging the cinder blocks in attempt to prep the basement for waterproofing the leak D side of the basement lower wall structural concrete must be filled within gaps stop leak must be added as a top coat this will include."). Regards,
