    I scheduled and received a contract for an installation of a top gas range in early June 2023. I provided them the delivery date of the product and agreed to an installation date of early July 2023. The day of the installation, no call, no show. I emailed them and left 2 voicemails. By late day, I received an email that they are temporarily closed due to shortage of employees since June 2023. No common courtesy to tell me weeks before to find someone else for my install.
    I would never ever contact them or recommend this company to anyone.

    I received a quote to get some lights installed and while it was a little more expensive than others, I went with them. Tyler did a pretty good job of installing the lights. A couple days later, we noticed that our outlets were not working on the wall where he did some work. I texted that manager and asked if Tyler could come out and he said no problem, he would be out there by the end of the week. I texted the manager again on Thursday and have not heard from them at all. Before anyone says they are too busy, the manger usually didn't go no longer than an hour at the most when responding to my messages while they were doing the work. Now I have outlets in the room that do not work and will likely have to pay someone else to fix their mistake.

    I paid in full to have my metal awning and railing painted. Even though they finished the painting they did not clean up the mess of paint they left behind on my new driveway and brick home.
    I have tried repeatly to get them to come out and clean up the mess but to no avail. Now the phone number goes to voicemail and you can not leave a message.
    They have my money but have not finished the job.

The work was completed and we realize there was an issue with one of the subcontractors that was working on your project regarding clean up procedures. The relationship with that individual was terminated. We are readily working to find qualified candidates to fill these positions. Steps are being taken to prevent these kinds of troubles in the future going forward. Thank you kindly for you business and we hope that you would still consider us in the future. Take care.
