    This company is a fraudulent website where they charge your card and never send any product. Their website has a link to a page to cancel orders and track your order, and the link leads to nothing.

    Date of transaction 03/23/2025 and 03/25/2025 Ordered from this company years ago and had no issues but now they take my money and don't send anything. That's stealing the website says you will get tracking info and you don't.

    Placed an order for two products. Received confirmation of orders as well as shipping notification of orders. No Response. Come to find out, this company hasn't updated any of their social media and according to other review websites they appear to not be responding to anyone that have made purchases in this past year. This company is either fake or still collecting money for orders and not fulfilling.

    Ordered a shirt on July 1st 2024. Claimed to be 3-5 days shipping. I emailed them on 7/12/24 asking the status of the shipment. As of 7/16/24 there has been no response.

    Date of transaction: Jan 7th, 2023 They promised (via website advertising and description): one joke book Price: ***** I tried to contact this business because I sent it to myself instead of someone else. I tried multiple times on their website and no one responded. I looked at there social media and the comments, most recently from 2020, all say this website is a scam and have contacted BBB. I don't want them to have my bank info.I cannot open the package or I forfeit any return on their end.

    On December 18, 2023 I placed an order with this company (order #******). I received a confirmation email and the money was taken from my account. I never received a tracking number or anything like that but it was a small item and I figured it might be in the mail. On January 3 I had not received the item or heard anything about it, so I sent an email submission to the company from their website. I got no response. I tried to call the number and got an immediate busy signal. I looked at the reviews and see that other people have had the same problem where they simply take your money and dont ship you a product. I will say I have ordered from this company before and it was successful but that has been a few years and maybe the company has gone downhill. I just want my money back or my product I ordered but most of all someone to recognize that, they havent fulfilled their end of the bargain, and that I am not just Messaging to complain. I need a resolution one way or the other.

    On July 27, 2023 I ordered three products from Ruin Days. Order #******. I NEVER received my order. I tried multiple times to contact Ruin Days through email, because there is no number to call, but never got a response. Never. I also tried to contact them through Instagram but still no response.

    I made 4 orders about 1-2 days apart. The first two were delivered about a week later, no problem. My second orders were sent 6/29/23 (#****** and #******) have not arrived at all and the **** Tracking states "Package acceptance pending." Upon contacting **** I was told they have been notified about the shipment but haven't received the package yet and once they receive it they update it with an estimated delivery date and then not again until it's arrived. Also, I'm in touch with the roommate living with one of the recipients and he told me nothing has been in the mail. I spent over $40 for these and have not received a response from Ruin Days.     On June 3rd I placed an order #******. It was never delivered. The company never responded to my emails and I want my money back. I think there should also be a criminal investigation into the fraudulent company. It seems after looking at your website for information on the scammers, this is typical business for them. Nothing more than thieves, pathetic. Get a real job losers.

    I ordered a spring-loaded glitter bomb from Ruin Days on 03/15/2023 with two-day shipping. The item has yet to ship in time to get glitter all over my friends apartment prior to his housewarming party. My order number is ******.
