My appointment was at 8:00 am. They arrived right on schedule. The company was extremely professional. All the workers did a tremendous job. They did an excellent job at cleanup. I would highly recommend USA Insulation.

They explained there process very well. Cleaned up everything when they were completed. Crew that came out were very professional and explained everything as there were completing each area. Only had two wall outlets where foam came out. Very easy clean up. Would recommend them. Looking for the warmer weather to see how it performs.USA Insulation of Buffalo

I had USA Insulation spray foam the outer walls of my house 2 years ago. Their employees did a poor job. I have a 2 story house and one fell off a ladder - they were working in March on a day it was snowing and I questioned their safety and ability to do a good job in these conditions They also didn't properly reinstall my siding and failed to replace the straps on my down spouts. Today I was having a bathroom remodeled and the contractors removed the wall board from an outside wall. What they found was crumbled foam insulation in some spots and no insulation in others. These bathroom contractors wound up putting in fiberglass insulation for me.
Buyer beware. The person doing their quotes was professional and seemed knowledgeable but their installers were unprofessional and obviously poorly trainedUSA Insulation of Buffalo

We hired them to insulate our home. Months later renovation in the home revealed that virtually no insulation was injected. I have photos to indicate the lack of insulation. They did manage to inject foam into our toilet, which involved pulling the toilet. I have contacted the company and received no response to date.USA Insulation of Buffalo

*****'s install was 3/16/22. At the time of install there was an issue with the toilet which was addressed and the customer was compensated financially which we thought resolved that issue. With her most recent issue, we did receive her certified letter and her review on BBB. We have reached out numerous times to address her most recent concerns and we have not received any return calls.USA Insulation of Buffalo

The guys were great & professional. Had an issue with the GFCI in my kitchen that tripped the circuit breaker 2 days after completion. An electrician found the issue in an outlet that had been filled with insulation. Everything back in working order. I highly recommend USA insulation as they were prompt with installation, cleaned up afterwards.USA Insulation of Buffalo
