The worst rental experience I had paying over $1,400.00. ******** ***** doesn't not value good tenants. None of the amenities were working this summer. The maintenance team is horrible. They don't complete the assignments. They try to inconvenience you. The property manager changed and four leasing agencies came and left in Months. . The staff seems to have implicit biass that interfere with tenants comfortability. They switched my apartment the day before I moved giving me a unit that the appliance were in bad shape. They tried to make me buy their insurance. Dog feieces was not being picked up and there is only one trash can for this huge property. Pest Control is on the contract but it's not happening. This company put over four thousand dollars on my credit report when I moved out because of the fact I was being harassed and not getting what we were paying for. A place like this causes Homelessness and attempts to ruin people
s life. Because they know tenants rights are not being exercise effectively here.

These apartments are racist to African-Americans. I have been having a problem since I moved in here I’m being discriminated towards because of my skin and color. They are biased. I suggest African-Americans do not move to these apartments. I currently stay here and they are currently picking on me and I’m trying to fight it legally.

      Whitehorse apartments, Yukon Oklahoma
My review on **********.com was immediately removed. Obviously they skew the reviews because of the number of one star reviews and complaints.
My AC hasn't worked in two years after multiple request to have it looked at. My apartment is 80 plus degrees but my electric bill is still $270. It runs non stop it just doesn't do anything.
The kicker is that they overcharged me for an entire year. I just reviewed my lease and they have charged me $100 more a month than what was stated on the signed contract.
Do not expect anyone to answer the phone at the office ever. If you can reach them don't expect any help at all.
When you can reach someone they are hateful. They wouldn't even reset my password so I could make my rent payment, fix something? Forget it.

New contract w/******** is baloney. Asked multiple times to be exempt, & told I was mid-March. Never signed ANY paperwork to consent to change. ******** sent me three e-mails since April 30th service has been changed. I also did not consent or ask for that Tenants were told one story, ******** told me truth. I lost my cable/wifi/voice package due to ******** ****** not exempting me like I was told repeatedly I was.
      I'm on fixed income - $900/mo. My ******** bill has gone to $160+ (from $112 - lowest cable package and wifi of 100mbps), and now I owe ******** ****** $317/mo even though I'm on Section 8 - was $255.
Some woman named erin, told she's regional manager, refuses to sign exemption paperwork. Told by ******** ****** no paperwork existed - ******** says there is. I have a copy! *** ****, property manager, tried to advocate for me w/******** & suppose erin as well to get me exempt. pam has no control, only some woman named erin I'm not allowed to contact, have phone#, email. Through *** ****, erin has has offered me deal - $29.99/mo. ******** says that's breach of contract. Tenants were told don't have to switch to bulk internet til lease was due - mine is in NOVEMBER. ******** ****** switched me anyway, not signing tenant contract, even though contract says we could wait till sign 2025 lease.
Do you know how many ppl here get SSI etc as only income, SNAP & Section 8? How many ppl now have wifi who have never had it installed, & now they pay $62 for something won't use Who are you to take my ******** package away, dictate my bill w/********, & take away control of my monthly budget? Exempt me, sign paperwork & I'll stop 2mo advocating for myself. THIS is why I don't like having control of my own business. Know all info ******** ****** is keeping from tenants. As well as ******** ****** not telling us what ******** says. You're lying to us, on purpose, so you get kickbacks from ********. Shame on you to create financial hardships for ppl for your own gain.

I’ve been living in Napa Valley Apartments for 3 years. I have a mouse. I also have a leak and there is a hole in my ceiling there is also mold growing. I have contacted maintenance and they have yet to fix anything. Told me that terminix would be coming for the mouse 04/27/23 Friday and no one ever showed. It is now Monday May 1st and nothing. I haven’t even been staying in my apartment because it doesn’t feel like home. I haven’t been able to sleep properly, I’m a first responder, that works night shift and I have to have sleep. Management of this company wouldn’t want to live like this so why should they allow me to do so? This is terrible.I can’t tell you the last time I’ve had my air filter changed, or an inspection properly done on my apartment. The flooring is coming up the kitchen. The water runs brown sometimes and I’m sick of this. Every time I call the office, someone has an attitude about something. Something has to be done…I will be taking extreme measures even if that means lawyering up to fight this company. No one deserves this at all. Napa Valley apartments and company do better.

4 months after living at one of their locations I was offered a Job at this location to clean apartments as people moved out and this was a very brief time. Only lasted 30 days due to the fact that I never once got paid and after working for a month I knew something wasn’t right. Haley Barber, the property manager located in Chickasha, OK at Winds of Oak Ridge apartments is a complete basket case!!! I suggest the home office get more involved with their properties and audit their properties every once in a while not to mention, hire a property manager that is physically AND MENTALLY capable to manage a property. When I worked for her I heard her say several derogatory remarks about numerous people that lived on the property not to mention racist remarks!!! I feel just as guilty for hearing it and not speaking up. I could go on and on and on with different stories about this woman. One time even my boyfriend was going back-and-forth from my truck to the apartment during groceries and she literally called me down to the office just to tell me that she didn’t feel comfortable with my boyfriend on the property because he intimidated her. We lived across the parking lot lol all he did was glance at the woman. Long story short I truly feel like we got kicked out Because after I started working for her she had some type of animosity toward me for what reason I’m not sure but now I have an eviction on my record that hindered me greatly when I went to find new housing all because of a emotionally unstable person. After I got kicked out I was able to contact the labor board and received two separate checks of $1965 because she did illegally hire me and not pay me. If there’s any chance that anyone from the home office is reading this and may have any doubts about what has been said please contact me because I have all the proof and it eats me up knowing such a vindictive person is in control of people having a roof over their head. I will be sending a Copy letter in the mail

I DONT RECOMMEND ****** ****** I cant wait to move out!! Might just pay the buy out fee because this is ridiculous. I’ve been having a leak in my bath room ceiling for the past THREE WEEKS ALMOST A MONTH, and nothing has been done to fix it. Yes maintenance stopped by, left the work order paper with absolutely NOTHING on it and the feeling continued to leak, and this isn’t a leak where you can stick a towel under it, it’s a leak where you have to dump the trash can out at least three times a day, can’t even use the restroom in peace because of this problem. I’ve contact the office, left voicemails, emails and everything and still NOTHING. I will be taking this to court, Because this is a hazard!! They don’t care and it’s sad!! DO BETTER!!
