    I paid ******* ****** at Dont Toss the Bouquet $579 in Feb 2024 to preserve my wedding bouquet. She told me that the preservation process would take 12 months. Its been ****************************************************************************** emails. Not only has she stolen my money but shes stolen a precious keepsake.

    Your proofs were actually sent on January 27, weeks before your order was officially placed on February 12. Since you typed an incorrect email on your order, you did not receive them but record of them are provided. We re-sent them on March 24 once we spoke and corrected the email, to which you responded. We updated you again on April 7 to let you know your flowers were being removed from molds. As part of our normal process, we shared a timelineclearly outlined in your agreementexplaining that it takes 46 weeks after proof approval for completion.


    You then received a follow-up email on 4/13 (two: a personal email and from our ordering system) indicating your preservation would be ready by April 20, along with detailed instructions for pickup, which are still available in your inbox.


    We did receive several (3) back-to-back phone calls and a voicemail from you on a Saturday before business hours. Once I finished a scheduled meeting during my scheduled business hours, I returned the call. Unfortunately, we then noticed the one-star review, despite our continued efforts to keep you informed throughout the process.

    Provided a record attached of our emails. 

    Provided a record of her non stop calls before business hours on Saturday. I called back Saturday once I opened after 1030 and finished my first meeting (11:27 am).

    My mother dropped off my wedding bouquet and paid for a charcuterie board in full ($200 - order *************, Nov 9, 2021). The deposit is normally 150 but we paid in full. The process takes one year but there is mention in the pamphlet you could approve the design. When I reached out in July, the owner said that doesnt apply for the item I picked so I said okay and waited it out. Near a year from drop off 7-nov, I saw a post on her Instagram that she was behind and getting to her August deliverables bu here was never any communication to me prior that there was delays with my order. I reached out and she confirmed he delay, citing that the invoice makes note that the one year is subject o change from supply issues (it does not). When I proceeded to complain, she checked on m order and said it would be ready in two weeks. It is now almost 4 weeks and I still do not have my wedding flower preservation nor any update from them.
