    IF I COULD GIVE A 0 RATING I WOULD. The day after my wedding, 9/17/22, I dropped off about 45 flowers from my wedding bouquet to ******* to create 3 memorable/sentimental pieces of my wedding. Now looking back I wish I never did. I wouldnt even consider this woman a business woman. ******* is the most unresponsive, unprofessional, inconsistent person I have ever had to deal with. Her store hours and availability dont add up to when she is actually available/answers you. Everything she practices and preaches, she does not do.Her resin work is DISGUSTING. The most absolute s*** work I have ever seen. I waited 16 months for my 3 wedding pieces to be rushed and finished the day before drop off because she forgot I ordered a hexagon shape. When I received the pieces, there was a piece of HER HAIR in one of them, along with cracks, rough edges, bubbles, holes, and not fully sealed pieces. Almost every piece was unbalanced, no matter which way you sat the piece. Not one piece was completed properly. In order to receive a refund, she wanted the pieces back. Which means all of my wedding flowers are in the hands of this woman now and I have nothing to remember my wedding flowers by except pictures. Not to mention, of the 45 plus flowers I gave this woman, she only utilized 28 to create all 3 pieces. Id LOVE to know where the remainder of my flowers went. ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING USING THIS PERSON, HIGHLYYYY RECONSIDER. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE THINGS I WENT THROUGH.
