      Petsafe had litterbox on sale for $99.95, but every time I tried to buy it, it tried to charge my card $139.95 (before taxes) I called the company (stayed on hold for close to 40 minutes) to only be told by the representative it was no longer on sale, in spite of the fact I reloaded the website, and again, it showed on sale for $99.95! I have screenshots to prove they are employing bait and switch tactics!

      PetSafe America's Safest Pet Fence - The Original Wireless Containment System - Covers up to 1/2 Acre for dogs 8lbs+, Tone / ******** ************** INVISIBLE FENCE Brand This was a complete waste of money. Also bought an extra collar and batteries and cant use any of it. It worked for a couple of hours and now nothing. Do your self a favor and just get an underground fence with another brand. We had those for years with no issues. Believe the bad reviews. They are all true. Bought this in October, the return window ended in November and we just now set it up in our new house so no chance of getting refunded.

      I have the petsafe wireless fence containment system. I did the proper training with my dog. It has been the worst investment. after purchasing Ive learned everything interferes with it. Vehicles, dishwasher, fridge, BBQ, stove, microwave, metal pipes, your internet, metal roof, has to be on ground level, etc. Anything that has metal with interfere with it. My dog has gotten lose three times now. Almost got him by a car twice and all the company did was send a new uint and said they cant give me a refund. New unit doesn't work either. Petsafe advertised this system as portable and thats not true at all since so many things interfere with it. They were in a lawsuit in 2022 over false advertisement. Stay away from this company if you truly care about your pet safety. I put my trust into this system and shouldve never done that. I almost lost my dog because I trusted this company. This is a horrible company that doesnt care about pets safety only making money. Ive called customer service over **************************************************************** that since i have a ONE neighbour(over an acre away) that is the reason its not working. If you live in the middle of nowhere and have no metal or into the system might work, but its the 20th century who doesnt have internet? This company should be ashamed of how they advertise this system.Also the safety feature does not work at all. You dog will get shocked like crazy trying to come back home. I spent $524 dollars on a system that has almost taken my dogs life twice and has made him scared of any beeping noises since he got shocked trying to come home.

      Purchased a PetSafe scoopfree complete self-cleaning litter box. It is sold for multiple cats. The litter box did not work well at all. I was cleaning it 2 or 3 times a week, and the product claims a little box will last for weeks. The product also claims to have 5 times better odor control. This is also a false claim. The company claims to have a 1 year limited warranty. I called PetSafe to return item. They will not accept any responsibility for their product. Informed me I bought it at PetCo and Petco is responsible for the product. Highly disappointed in company, customer service, and product!

      My PetSafe Gentle Leader Headcollar cracked at the buckle, I went to www.petsafe.net and spoke with a chat agent who listened to my concerns and offered to re-ship a new leader to me! The new gentle leader arrived in about 2 days and was perfect. I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received! Thank you again to PetSafe and the agent that I spoke to! :)
