      Check engine light came on day after buying. After contacting service department multiple times over the course of a month with no response I decided to change my oil that they "changed" before I picked it up. While changing my oil 8 discovered it was burnt bad and a quart and a half low. Fixed my check engine light issue and I still haven't gotten a response from them. They also were supposed to undercoat my truck for free but that hasn't happened either and no one calls back about it. I would never purchase a vehicle here again.

      Brought a 2022 dodge truck to Hamilton dodge. 15 days later, the truck died again and brought it to them for a reoccurring issues that have been brought up several times to them management Think safety is a joke to customers. They wanted us to keep driving the truck until the parts have come in. We told him no. We wanted a rental for the reoccurring issues they known about this issue for a long time

      It's sad once again I have to go this route due to friendly dodge in pen yan don't back up there work that they did on my truck. It went there for work and they told me it needed cylinder heads so I told them to install them and truck didn't start so it went from the heads being bad to now you need a engine so they had a used engine with 40 to 60k on it and the used cylinder heads they they installed on my engine and they finally got it together and it started I then came and payed them and go outside to drive my truck away and the check engine light was on so I made them look at it and they didn't want to fix it kept coming up with excuses...finally they fixed it after I put a review up and it still wasn't running right so it kept going back and I dropped this off Nov 26 of 2023 and didnt actually get to drive it until April 17 off there Lott pretty sad but I got to only put 9321 miles on it and a valve spring blew apart from thw cylinder heads they installed to my truck and sense they said they were used no warranty etc and it's sad that I payed them 5k to do all this work and they tell me there don't usually put used parts on any vehicle bc of there policy well then they shoudla never put used on mine and they should have put a new engine r in it instead so I feel they should back there work up used parts or not that came right from there garage it's not like I brought them anything . THEN when I called Bryan R*** about it he told me to **** off about 15 times on the phone and I think that'd not right to talk to a customer like that norther what the situation is he should have never did that to me so now I have a broken truck in the driveway bc dodge won't back there work or parts up.

      I Bought a 2018 *** **** with 60k miles. i was the 2nd owner. With the truck the dealer sold me a 4 year unlimited mile warranty for the truck. I explained how this truck was going to be used for a buisness, and was happy to pay for the warranty with the purchase of the truck. A year later the truck had issues, brought it in for warranty. After all said and done, it was around 9k worth of work. Which was covered no problem under the warranty. 2 years goes by the truck broke down again. ******** ***** tried to diagnose the truck. Eventually 3 months of having the truck they came to conclusion. It needed a motor. I was told by the service writers that the motor was covered under the warranty. They just need a ***** inspector to come inspect the engine and confirm it was needed. Once the inspector saw the truck was used for a business the warranty was denied. A year before 9k worth of work was approved by the dealer that apparently was not suppose to be done. The dealer told me I'd have to pay 17,000 to put a motor a new motor in. The owner would not help, and I was told it's not the dealers fault. It was ***** because they denied the warranty. He claimed they did not know the warranty wouldn't cover the truck if it was used for a business. For 3 months the truck sat at the dealership. They apparently were clueless to the warranty they had sold me wouldnt cover the truck if it was used for a buisness, until the inspector denied the engine replacement. I was stuck without a truck for 3 months with the promise that the warranty would cover the engine. I'm sure they will respond denying this. I have everything documented from the dealership from texts to phone calls. The owner did not care at all. Worst experience with a dealer will never go back. I'd rather go to *** *******

      I bought a brand new vehicle from their branch in Hamilton which was transported from this branch, right upon delivery there was significant pant issues including bubbling! A new vehicle with 100 miles paint bubbling?!? I was provide a “we owe you body work and paint correction” over a year I fought with them to hold up their end of the bargain and they never did. I continue to bring the vehicle back for more and more issues the brand new vehicle would randomly slam on his brakes when going in reverse even though nothing was there and it was observed by their lead mechanic and he stated “oh my gosh I thought I hit something that was so scary “ and told me he didn’t know how to fix it and sent us on our way. They also witnessed my vehicle randomly lunging forwarded right after you let go with a break which is almost caused several accidents and they did nothing to fix it because they didn’t know how to. We returned the vehicle over and over again and at one point they had my vehicle for 22 days and they did not fix any of the problems. Ultimately I had to get a lawyer involved and the vehicle was bought back by the manufacturer. I do not recommend this business as they do not follow through with corrective actions they promise and when there is an issue that they witness they do nothing about it and allow your family to be put in harms way
