  I contacted this company via ****. They responded quickly but that is where it ended. I had a critter in my attic that is why I contacted *****  The first person came quickly but the critter found it's way out but the guy told me that there was alot of places it could get it so I hired them to do the job. I had to wait 2 weeks before someone came. I arranged my schedule and they changed the time so I has to rearrange my schedule again. When they were done, in 10 minutes, they did not even go in the attic or on the roof. So I called them back and explained to them and they came back again in 2 weeks changing the time. When the second guy came he did not know what was suppose to be done so I had to show him the estimate that was sent to me so he knew what had to be done. He could not due it so again another appointment had to be made. This went on from June to August. A 30 minute job at most took three months. I failed to mention that they wanted the full price of $1,500 , which I now think is high, before they started. I explained that was not happening so we agreed half at first then they wanted the balance before they completed. Again I told them no way so they agreed to wait until the job was done. I sent them a check for the balance and advised them I wanted an invoiced marked PAID IN FULL for which I am still waiting. I have called numerous times and all I get is the answering machine in which I have left messages. As of today I have received nothing and still getting the machine. All I want is the invoice marked paid in full and getting nowhere.

  Service was acceptable until recent no show for appt set and no contact made to customer as to why and no phone numbers supplied to date were reachable.

  TOTAL FRAUD! NEVER INSTALLED BAT CONES.. STUFFED STEEL WOOL INTO A FEW OPENINGS ON EXTERIOR AND DEPARTED IN 24 minutes… STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS RESPONSE WHEN I ASKED THEM TO COMPLETE WORK per contract …I ASKED FOR REFUND AND GUY TELLS ME “ U WONT GET ONE AND STOP TEXTING ME DURING OFF HOURS”. WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE!

  ********* calls it a dog and pony show. He can not solve your problem especially with bats. Don't waste your money call ***** or someone else.

  I hired Rodent X to capture and relocate a family of skunks under my deck. Josh is the tech I worked with and he was on the spot with timely responses to remove those captured and reset new traps as indicated. I was concerned that the family be treated humanely. Josh moved the kits from Syracuse to Oswego where they were placed in a rehab facility where they were fed while away from the mother. I also requested a barrier be installed to prevent future inhabitation. Josh came thru with flying colors. He is industrious, professional and personable. Moreover he is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you decide to hire Rodent X, Josh is the technician you want!

  I’m taking time out of my day to help a company that deserves it. My name is ********* *., and I hired RodentX. Recently, they finished work in our attic after some squirrels made a mess of things. We were aware of the attic's condition, but it wasn’t until RodentX arrived at our request and did an inspection that we knew the health risks involved. They spent 2 hours with us explaining what they would do. Fast forward to the day of service, and they came fully prepared. The technicians who came were informative, professional, and respectful. They showed my husband the work as it was done in stages. First, they removed the insulation. Then, they sanitized the attic. Lastly, they put in insulation. They sealed the holes where the squirrels got in. It has been three weeks since the work was done, and we haven’t heard a single sound come from the attic. RodentX has been here weekly for those three weeks to monitor. Well done.

  If a company could get a 6 star, RodentX would! The RodentX people did a fantastic job with out squirrel problem, and cleaning out old insulation, disinfecting and replacing Insulation with new. The best part was they inspected areas that the squirrels used to braking in and repaired it. Great work and follow up. I have told everyone how this RodentX can take care of any critter problem. Thank you RodentX! ****** starts. ****
