We hit the "perfect storm" with supply chain challenges when placing our order with Blatant. Like many vendors, they don't maintain an endless inventory, and much of the product needs to be ordered in. Unfortunately, our timing coincided with the tariff disruptions that affected product availability across many industries.That said, Blatant went above and beyond to keep me informed throughout the process. ******** was always quick to respond to calls and emails, and I even spoke directly with the owner. They worked with us closely, fulfilled partial orders as soon as items arrived, and even overnighted products to meet our deadlines. The quality of the items was outstandingno small feat considering our high school lacrosse team can be VERY particular!In todays business environment, delays can happen. What matters most is how a vendor responds and supports their customers. ********************** exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciate their effort and partnership.

I admire your rapid and warm response!After I got email to notcie me the item delivered, I went to outside and checked everywhere but could not find any item. So I replied the email to complain I didn't get delivery. Within one minute, you responed me with a warm instruction. Then second email jumped immidaitaly, frinedly reminded me to check the mail box. I have left home and had to check later. I found my item in the mail box. Very happy and feel grateful to your services and your delicated caring!Blatant, LLC

Absolutely unprofessional and quite surprised how they are even still in business. Impossible to get ahold of someone even after leaving a voicemail, emails and countless attempts. Looking for a uniform for my child that started a new school and the amount they charge for the quality of service the expectations of service I would think would be more prompt and professional. ******** in my opinion Ive worked with plenty of companies that handle my personal business attire.Blatant, LLC

Ordered for my daughter's sports team and was about 6 weeks for delivery and that is fine since we were told beforehand. We ordered 2 tshirts and a hoodie. The tshirts were great. Good quality. The issue was with the logo on the hoodie. It was "ripped" and uneven. I emailed not expecting much other than and apology but ******** apologized for the quality and said they were shipping a new hoodie. The timely response and replacement is very much appreciated.Blatant, LLC

AMAZING! I had never used this online store before but they are terrific! They graciously helped me expedite an order for my 83-year old mother who is a super fan for her granddaughter. Courteous, cheerful, and service-oriented, Blatant is EXCELLENT!Blatant, LLC

The long long long long delays for order delivery is unacceptable. It takes months, with a lot of follow up, to get the order. Children have often grown out of the items before they arrive. Their money back/return system is horrible.I placed an order 12/2/24. Still waiting. My daughtter placed a an order for team gear and helmet in June 2024. Still Waiting.The product is good once it arrives and ******** in customer service is attentive. Yet it seems that order processing and manufacturing are not managed.Blatant, LLC

Will never buy from here again. I placed an order in October 8, 2024 which had a delivery time of 6 weeks. I thought the items would arrive prior to a birthday on ************ but no. I contacted them and was told they were ib production and would arrive before Christmas (much later than I needed) The order arrived on December 24 and was incomplete. I contacted them immediately and was told the items would ship in 2-3 weeks. here we are 2 months later and I still have not received the missing items from OCTOBER!Blatant, LLC
