I placed and order on March 24th, 2025. The business advertises that within ***** days the order will ship. Today it is June 4th and still order has not shipped. I have been communicating with the business through email and they have stated they would ship as soon as possible but nothing. Today I got an email stating Thank you so much for your ************** Truly sorry about our delay. We are in an unfortunate goods delay as we need these boxes of goods to produce your order.Thank you for your patience!I asked for a refund and they refuse to send one.Business Response

I ordered $300 worth of team gear for my son and the family for the lacrosse season March 10th, today is May 27th, the final tournament is this weekend and still nothing. Not just me but the entire team. Ive reached out numerous times, was told before Easter that our team was going to be in production and shipped the following week, its been another month. There has been zero resolution, an apology, a reason why, an offer maybe of a discount for dropping the ball so badly. Its truly embarrassing This happens every year with this company to the point we stopped ordering jerseys from them. I hope my sons team doesnt use this company again, I know Ill never give them my business ever again.Customer Answer

On 3/8/25 I placed an order for several lacrosse items (quarter zip, t-shirt, sweatpants, etc). The total cost of $259.43 was charged to my credit card when the order was placed. I was told the items would be shipped in ***** days. It has almost been 11 weeks, the order has not shipped, and the lacrosse season has ended. I have repeatedly tried to call customer service, but no one answers the phone number provided. I also emailed customer service days ago and received an automated response saying customer service would respond in ***** hours, which it has not.Business Response

Not sure as to why it is still pending, but it could just be extended processing time with the holiday weekend. I purchased a lacrosse hoodie for my child on January 29th. We did not receive it until May 5th. Not only is the lacrosse season is almost over, they did not send the right color hoodie. They did not contact me to let me know that they were sending a different color and give me the option of a refund - which is what I would have requested. Now, I have tried to call several times, once leaving a message, and sending two emails, to which I have not received a response. I have spent over $50 ($8.32 for shipping!) for a hoodie that won't be worn. Ridiculous and unacceptable.Business Response

I placed an order for clothing on March 11th. Website states the order will be processed and shipped in ***** days. It has been 6 weeks and the order tracking says that it has not even gone to production. I call and call and no one answers. I want my money back.Business Response

Placed an order for my kids that are new to lacrosse beginning of March 2025 was told it would take ***** days to receive. I called on 4/2/25 and asked about my order and was told that they are working around the clock and the plan was to have it out this week. Didn't receive an update on shipping. Emaild again on 4/12 and received the same response that they had a delay and plan to have it out this week. I bought sweatshirts and t-shirts that were required for their teams. I also bought a backpack for my son to put his gear in and had to get him a different one since it has taken so long for this order. I placed an order for two sweatshirts in February 2025 under the impression that it would take ***** days to produce before shipping, as stated on the website when placing an order. 17 days later, on March 13th, I asked about the status of my order. I was told on March 14th that my order was on the production sheet for the next week and they were sorry due to a delay they have had since Christmas. On March 24th, over a week later I sent another email to check in, the response was in the works sorry about the wait. I will let them know you need your order asap. Another week later, today, April 2nd, I have sent another email. I understand a production delay but I ordered two sweatshirts with a logo on the front. Nothing else custom/special like names or numbers. For the amount of money I spent, over 5 weeks for production is extremely disappointing. I am also considering the fact that I live in a warm state that is now usually 70 degrees, and I ordered these when it was still winter and cold. Will not be spending my money and ordering again from this store.Business Response

I ordered some items from a team store at the very beginning of the season, before practices had even started. I received them weeks after the season ended, only after saying that I was going to contact my form of payment to stop payment. Then the items I received were subpar quality AND the artwork was different than what I had ordered. Find a friend with a cricut, or go somewhere local. On June 4, 2024, we paid Blatant LLC $2362.50 for the ********* club lacrosse season with the Rebels North lacrosse team. Shortly after paying, we were notified that there would be no Rebels North team. We contacted ******* ******* the CEO of ************************** via email to resolve the issue, and he wrote that we would receive a full refund. On August 7, 2024, he wrote that the refund was being processed; we never received any money.Business Response
