Placed an order for my kids that are new to lacrosse beginning of March 2025 was told it would take ***** days to receive. I called on 4/2/25 and asked about my order and was told that they are working around the clock and the plan was to have it out this week. Didn't receive an update on shipping. Emaild again on 4/12 and received the same response that they had a delay and plan to have it out this week. I bought sweatshirts and t-shirts that were required for their teams. I also bought a backpack for my son to put his gear in and had to get him a different one since it has taken so long for this order. I have spoken with other families on the team and no one has received their orders either. Receiving the same messages.Business Response

I placed an order for two sweatshirts in February 2025 under the impression that it would take ***** days to produce before shipping, as stated on the website when placing an order. 17 days later, on March 13th, I asked about the status of my order. I was told on March 14th that my order was on the production sheet for the next week and they were sorry due to a delay they have had since Christmas. On March 24th, over a week later I sent another email to check in, the response was in the works sorry about the wait. I will let them know you need your order asap. Another week later, today, April 2nd, I have sent another email. I understand a production delay but I ordered two sweatshirts with a logo on the front. Nothing else custom/special like names or numbers. For the amount of money I spent, over 5 weeks for production is extremely disappointing. I am also considering the fact that I live in a warm state that is now usually 70 degrees, and I ordered these when it was still winter and cold. Will not be spending my money and ordering again from this store.Business Response

I ordered some items from a team store at the very beginning of the season, before practices had even started. I received them weeks after the season ended, only after saying that I was going to contact my form of payment to stop payment. Then the items I received were subpar quality AND the artwork was different than what I had ordered. Find a friend with a cricut, or go somewhere local. The customer service was reactive but never proactive. Im now seeking a refund.Customer Answer

On June 4, 2024, we paid Blatant LLC $2362.50 for the ********* club lacrosse season with the Rebels North lacrosse team. Shortly after paying, we were notified that there would be no Rebels North team. We contacted ******* ******* the CEO of ************************** via email to resolve the issue, and he wrote that we would receive a full refund. On August 7, 2024, he wrote that the refund was being processed; we never received any money.Business Response

order # ***** was purchased on Dec 9th, 2024 credit card was charged and I still have not received item. I have reached out to the store multiple times (5) and was even told more than a week ago that the item was going out that day. This is not a new team store and what i ordered was on hoodie sweatshirt that was supposed to be shipped within ***** business days, i got the run around and told that it was after dec 3rd so my one item would not be shipped til new yr even though nothing was said about that anywhere on site. the new year came and many phone calls and emails later and still nothing. This was supposed to be a gift but now we just wanted it before the spring season starts for my son, what i am more ****** about is the run around that is going on with this business and it seems to be happening alot from the looks of it,. deceitfulness is not a good business model and taking money. please provide a shipment tracking asap and i paid for quicker shipment too.Business Response

We placed an order with Blatant on August 6, 2024 for a sublimated lacrosse uniform for the Fall-Winter season. They indicated on their invoice that the order would take 5-6 weeks. We didn't receive the uniform until January 16, 2025 which was 12 weeks late AND after our entire season ended. We reached out to Blatant to let them know this happened on January 27th and we received a response that someone would contact us but we still haven't heard back from them. We might have had more patience with them had this not been the SECOND time this has happened to us (with a completely DIFFERENT club), and our patience is wearing thin. Interesting when I land on the BBB site to log the complaint and see the multitude of complaints for the exact same problem we have experienced twice. We will NEVER use them again and if we find out a club is using them, we will warn them of their history.Business Response

I placed an order on October 23 2024 . I had ordered some rebels clothing. The price for these items came to $ 377, which was payed at the time of ordering. The online store stated these items were guaranteed to be delivered by Dec 25 , 2024. Well it is now January ******* and I have not received my order. After going back and forth with multiple emails this problem has still not been resolved. ******** keeps telling us that the clothing is still in production and other made up lies. I had stated I no longer want these items and requested a full refund. Blatant failed to keep their promise and their Guarantee on getting me these items by December 25, 2024. The items are no longer wanted and I am requesting a full refund. It has now been over 3 months since the order was placed.Business Response

On 12/12/2024 I placed an order for a singular jacket. After weeks and weeks of trying to contact a costumer service representative I have gotten updates that are not actual updates because I do not believe my order is actually being made and I am being scammed. All I would like to know is if my order is actually being made or did I just waste $90. This is the worst company I have ever ordered product from, they do not care about their costumers and are just robbing you of your money.Business Response

On October 15, I purchased $142.90 of apparel for my granddaughter. The order confirmation said Team Store Items" take approximately ***** business days for production.ORDER NO. #***** October 15, 2024It has been almost eight weeks and I still have not received my order. I have called several times and left a voicemail asking about the status of the order. No one called me back until I called and left a voicemail with sales stating I wanted to place a $6000 order and then a man called me back within the hour. I told him I just wanted to check the status of my order because no one has called me back and he told me that it would be shipped the following week (which was the week of November 18th. It did not ship that week either, as I still do not have the order. I emailed the company telling them I was opening a complaint with the BBB and ******** emailed back saying it was set to ship the next week. Still it did not ship. I emailed again last night and received an email this morning stating it will ship next week. My granddaughters dance is almost over, Ive paid $142, and still do not have the merchandise. We received an email from the dance instructor stating they received so many complaints about Blantant taking so long that they have found another store to order from.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I waited eight weeks to receive my package after being told over and over again "it is coming next week", and then not even answering or returning phone calls, until I made this complaint with the BBB. Then I received a phone call and then I received my order. I should not have had to wait eight weeks for an order that was advertised as taking 10 - 14 days. I should have received updates from the business when the order was not expected to ship on time. It's sad that it takes registering a complaint to get something resolved, and if you read the reviews I have not been the only one. Imagine the number of complaints from people who do not take the time to file with the BBB. Our team has changed vendors because of their continued lack of response and extended ship and or production times. In order to receive a call back the first time when I experienced issues, I had left my name, order number and number and non one responded, but when I called and left a message that I was a business and wanted to make a $6,000 order, I received a call back within 20 minutes. I spent over $130 for two articles of clothing for my granddaughter and a cheap bag that took eight weeks to be shipped. I will never order from this business again.
