      I have been dealing with them for years but now when I try to get them on the phone, I waited 40 minutes on 10/6 with no answer and the 1 hr 20 minutes on 10/6 on phone and also 30 minutes cancelling the contract I have with them and that they were nonresponsive to my concerns. They seem to be more concerned with their bills than their customers. I would strongly advise anyone not to enter into an agreement with these people.
