    Slow response time, no one answers the phone, and customer service takes days to a week to respond. We received our order incorrectly and were blamed for not choosing the right print options, even though I confirmed my file setup with them before placing my order.
    They dragged their feet on proofing, which caused a delay that forced me to expedite shipping, for which they only paid half of upon my request, even though the delay was their fault.
    If anyone had bothered to check the physical proof before printing all 100, they could have easily seen that it wasn't right. They should have checked with me if they weren't sure but they didn't, so now my org. is out $800+ because they refused to refund me, even though the proof I approved was NOT the product I received.
    No ownership of their mistakes. Ignoring my emails for days until I follow up with a second one. Customer service was absolutely awful - they need to hire people to answer their phone. Taking more than a week to respond to a customer support email is unacceptable, especially when clients have deadlines.
    I guess you get what you pay for, they're the cheapest I could find. Will definitely not consider purchasing again - I'd rather pay more money for better quality and customer service.

    Placed a print order on October 13 with a promised 5-7 day turnaround. Today is November 5 and they do not respond to phone calls or emails requesting an updated status. If you want to be frustrated, work with this company.

    This place is a total scam. I made an order three weeks ago, have heard absolutely nothing even though theres a promised 5 to 7 print time. I emailed and heard nothing back. I called and was immediately put into a voicemail that said to email them. If you look up their address (Canadian or American), this company does not actually exist. Avoid them like the plague!
