    Its been 2 months now and I am still trying to get an update on my optimization review. They lack communication. Something is going on in the back end. My first appt call was cancelled ***** min before the time AFTER waiting a month.. Then after the call, they tell you in 30 days you will get an update.... its been over a month with no status. SO I reached out to the coach to only get an email telling me she was no longer with the company. What a joke! I should have done more research. I am not getting any value from this company you're better off dealing with your bank to get your refund.

    Beware with this company. They had put all my information, including my Credit card information. They do this so you cannot cancel your account. I notice they were a scam. A few hours later after I submitted payment. I been trying to cancel for the last 2 days. They don't provide the phone number. Only use an email. We will see what happens.

    I agreed to pay upfront a large amount for promises that have not happened. I have been trying to talk to someone for weeks. The only way to communicate is by email which is one of the problems I need resolved. They are unorganized, I trying to join webinars with no luck and no explanation. I have asked several times for a refund and no reply to that either. SCAM

    BEWARE! Not only a waste of money they came back the next year and charged me $99 for renewal of an electronic business card that I never ordered or used. When I immediately called they said they could not issue a refund. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
