I purchased a swimming suit from Cutely Covered on 2/17/2024. When I received it, the back was see through. I purchased this item for a family trip and cannot wear this in public. I contacted the vendor and discovered I had to pay to return the item and pay a 20% restocking fee. Once I discovered this is their policy I contacted Cutely Covered on 2/27/3024, to cancel my pre order for two additional items ordered on 2/17/2024. These items are pre-orders and will not be shipped until mid March but the vendor said I cannot cancel my order even though it has not been shipped. Now, if the items do not fit, I have pay to return and restock. This unfair practice to the consumer. I feel I am entitled to a full refund especially since the items have not been shipped. If I knew I could not cancel I would have never ordered. This is a scam up keep the consumers money.Initial Complaint

I purchased the *** Hooded Utility 3 Piece Set - Olive on December 13, 2023. Order#******** The business name Cutely Covered (located on ****************************************************) advertised this beautiful set on social media, which I paid $154.08 for including standard shipping delivery (**** business days).I emailed them January 8th an updated status of my order since it was marked delivered on the shop app and I never received it. They told me it was a delay in shipment, and I would be receiving it at the end of January.I emailed them again Febuary 13th and they emailed me telling me that they will ship my outfit at the end of March or early April. At this point it has been over two months since Ive ordered this set which is now out of season so I know Im not getting this outfit anymore.I requested a refund by emailing them. ******** messaged them, messaged them on Instagram about my refund and nothing, no willingness to resolve. They leave me on seen in the ******** messages and delete all my comments on their photos both on Instagram and ********. (which explains why they barely get any comments on their photos.) ************ has not resolved the problem and has just ignoring my messages and leading me on in email. Its upsetting, because I trusted that this wasnt one of those businesses that scams you from another country because its an actual store in ********. But unfortunately I see that they have scammed quite a few people and have a lot of complaints, more than most likely isnt even posted here. All I want is for them to refund me and hopefully it is known knowledge that this isnt a trustworthy company to order from online.So to sum everything up, They kept delaying shipment from my order, dont respond to messages, and give you the runaround in their emails, telling me I have to wait an additional two months to wait on an outfit that is not in season anymore. Order# ******** I ordered the She's A Fashionista Denim *************** Jersey Cardigan Pant Set on November 12,2023 spending 202.** in Total. My first item (above) was not a Pre-Order and expected to ship by beginning of December. Never arrived. My second item (above) was a Pre-Order and has not arrived yet either.I've contacted the merchant, Cutely Covered, via their online chat 7x and emailed 4x with no response. I believe this merchants to have extremely poor customer service that borders fraudulent transaction's. This merchant received a monetary EXCHANGE for their surplus that has NOT been fulfilled in a timely manner and they have refused to set a reasonable and fair expectation as to when my paid order would arrive. I purchased a kimono online from Cutely Covered on 11/29 for $81.28 to wear to an event on 12/17 The status remained order placed until about 12/20. on the Shop app and then just disappeared. I sent my first email inquiring on the status on 12/8. Had to send a follow up email a few days later and got a response on 12/15 claiming they were looking into it. When i didnt receive an update i followed up again on 12/19, 22, 27 and 29th. Still no response. The kimono sold out a while ago so it is obvious i wont be receiving the product. I purchased order# ******** on December 3, 2023. It took two weeks for them to ship part of my order. I just recently received it a couple of days ago but I only received two out of the three items that I ordered and this was purchased to be a Christmas gift. Which it does not look like I am going to receive in enough time. The company did not respond to any of my messages. Inquiring about shipping, ETA or even the missing item. at this point, I am furious and I am looking for a full refund for the missing item which is $81 without tax.Both of the items received came with no tags on the items which goes against their return policy if I did decide to return anything. I would like for someone at this store to respond to me by email or phone to address this matter as this is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The missing item is the faux fur trim cardigan- fuchsia. I want my money refunded as I am unwilling to wait months for an item that showed as available on the website. This has greatly inconvenienced me as the missing item was purchased to go with the hat I received but now I have to spend more money to get another gift due to this item not being delivered and the merchant never responding AT ALL EVER! I ordered the Short Sleeve Cargo Denim Jumpsuit - Medium wash - order # ******* on October 1, 2023. This was a preorder for November (shipped in November) but now it is showing end of January ****. I ordered this piece of clothing with the intentions of wearing it BEFORE ****. So, I am going to need a refund of my funds. This clothing has not shipped yet, so I am not RETURNING any clothing. I ordered an item on August 2, 2023. I have yet to receive anything expressing it has even shipped. I spent $173.66 on their slay outfit and the two piece crop top and skirt set. Nothing was on backorder. I chose these items because I needed them for a trip, yet it hasn't even shipped. I sent an email to customer service....no response. This is very unprofessional. At this point I want my order cancelled as it seems I won't have it in time for my trip. I guess this was a scam. I wish I had went by these reviews vs what I saw on social media.Customer Answer

On 6/14/23, I received a response to an inquiry about the status of my order. I was told that I needed tk send an extra **** to have the items that were not pre-ordered for end of Jun delivered. I paid the **** and still did not receive anything. A couple of wks later and after again contacting the company a few times throughout- I received all but 2 items and the **** was refunded to me. One of the missing items was not pre-ordered. It is now 7/23 and the company has failed to respond to my inquiries about the remaining items. Not to mention that both remaining items have now passed the pre-ordered shipment time which I also paid expedited shipping for. I made a dress purchase with this company Cutely Covered on July 14, 2023 for $140. Today is July 21st & I have yet to receive any updates about my order & if/when my order will be shipped. I have emailed this company, reached out on their website **************** with no response. I must admit I did not research the reviews until after my purchase & now I am concerned that this company is fraudulent based on similar complaints. I would like a refund for my order. My dress is not on back order so Im not understanding the delay in shipping or why I cant reach anyone at this company which confirms for me they are fraudulent.Customer Answer

Two orders have not been filled correctly and company has stopped responding to emails. Order #******* 7/3 - ordered delivered 7/7 - I emailed Wrong item received 7/8 - Vendor requested a picture of wrong ************** 7/9 - sent requested pictures 7/11 - no response so follow- email sent 7/12 - Vendor conveniently cant see pics so vendor re-requested 7/12 - I resent 7/17 - I have NOT received a response as to when I will receive the correct PAID for item or a FULL refund.
