    BUYER BEWARE!!I pre-ordered an outfit in January of 2025 to wear for my daughter's graduation in June. I ordered an outfit before and was satisfied with the order. I ordered a size XL unknowingly ordered a size small. I didn't open the package until June. So I emailed them to see if I could exchange it for an XL because it was a beautiful outfit. I wanted to wear it for another function. They said that I couldn't exchange it because it was past the 7 days. I'm like I don't want to get my money back just the correct size. It hasn't been worn at all. They said no. I asked if they could reconsider and they still said no. I'm like wait I have a beautiful outfit that I can't wear and I don't know anyone who wears a size 2 -6. I feel like they take your money and not try to work with you at all. This is so sad for a women's clothing business to treat their customers like this. I wished I would have came here before I placed the order. Please make sure to double check the size because CUTELY COVERED IS A MONEY GRAB.

    Worse store ever!!! They are liars and thieves. The advertise falsely. They don't honor their words, even when you speak to them on the phone. They make empty promises. This company need to be shut down!!! Do not buy from them. Their products are poor quality. I've been waiting 3 months for a refund, every month they say it will show in 5 days! I wish I can give zero stars. These people have no morals or ethics!!!

    I purchased a ******* hat with embellished on it . The hat I received was not fuchsia and the embellishments was totally different from what I ordered. The receipt in the box stated : (there are other items from your order not included in this shipment. ) if they had told me I would not have orders it because it look cheaper. The hat was the wrong color pink not like the picture and the jewelry on the hat was not what I order . Therefore why sell it if you dont have it . I could have gotten this from ****** for half the price. I will not order from them again

    I had a large order of items on August 2024. I noticed that an item was missing and contacted costumer service on the beginning of October 2024. I received an email response stating that they would forward to fulfillment team. No one responded. It is now October 22, 2024. I am still waiting for a response and a refund for an item never received.

    This company sells clothing items that are cheaply made but charges hundreds of dollars for their items, The customer service is bad, you can't reach them by phone, and online chat and emails have delayed responses. No physical address on the website. I have ordered three items 1. dress 2. Jumper 3. Two hats. All items are so cheap I refuse to wear the 2 of the three I kept. I feel this is a form of fraud. When trying to return items per their store policy only store credit after a 20% restocking fee. In my opinion only a high end boutique should have the right to have such policies. My concern is not the money spent, but the quality of the items being sold, and the lack of customer service as mentioned in other reviews. This store/online boutique should be shut down.

    I placed an order with Cutely Covered on May 23, 2024. I paid $162.85 for an outfit, which was supposed to be delivered in 3 to 5 business days. It is 7/24/2024, and I still have not received this merchandise. I contacted Cutely Covered and they responded they were still processing this order and would not cancel it or provide a refund. I contacted my financial institution to ask for assistance in recouping my funds. this company is committing fraud. I wish I could provide zero stars

    ************ Fraudville Ordered item and requested refund. Veryyyyy unresponsive. Finally responded YES I could get my $$ back, then wrote back and said No. Blocked me from all communications!

    Horrible I place an order on March 6th, 2024 for the Demin side slit skirt and the Button Down Cutout Dress-White. I received the dressed damaged and reached out via email to exchange the dress on March 10th, 2024. After a month of going back in forth with me showing photos and sending in my order form Cutely Covered sent me a label to return product on April 9th, 2024. I emailed April 24, April 29th, and May 7th, 2024 in attempt to see if they received the item that said delivered from my tracking receipt. I finally received a response from Cutely Covered on May 9th, 2024 saying that they will investigate the current the status of my correct order. On May 16th, 2024 I reached out again to Cutely covered for an update. After no response on May 21st, 2024 I sent an email I am Requesting a full Refund and Replacement Item Due to Inconvenience. Today is June 3rd, **************************************************** response.

    I ordered 4 items from this website March of this year and I finally received my final piece in May, only to receive the what I did not order.I have emailed the company twice and have not yet received a response. Extremely frustrated.
